So, what payments does a young mother get? After she has received the maternity allowance, she receives a child care allowance. This amount is paid to her until the baby is 1.5 years old. What is the amount of this payment? It depends on whether the mother worked before pregnancy. If so, it equals almost half of her average wages over the past 2 years, or rather - 40%. If she did not work officially before pregnancy, she will receive 3065 rubles. 69 kopecks for the first child and a little over 6,000 rubles. - for the second and subsequent children. To encourage this, and also to ensure that new mothers good nutrition and the payment in question has been assigned.

About its size and the necessary documents

The exact amount of the payment varies quite significantly in different regions of the country. For example, in the Kuban they pay only 150 rubles, in Penza - 550, in Perm - 1150. In some cities, young mothers also receive special fortified mixtures. They are given to them in dairy kitchens.

What documents are needed to receive the maternity benefits in question? How long do they pay them? Where can I find accurate information about this?

The most accurate information is available in the authorities social protection.

It is there that they will most correctly say what documents need to be collected in order to receive this measure of assistance to young mothers. This is where the money will go. We advise you to use this particular source, because in Russia the legislation is constantly changing to one degree or another, new bills appear. Therefore, information in other sources may well be out of date.

But usually, the mother needs to provide the baby's birth certificate, her identity documents, as well as a certificate from the pediatrician stating that the child is breastfeeding, and not artificial feeding.

How long does the payout take? Babies are usually fed until about a year old. This is how long the payment of the benefit, which is being discussed here, lasts. But in Lately many mothers are inclined to think that they need to feed the child until 2 or even more years, because many doctors confirm this idea. In this case, of course, it is more difficult to receive benefits, but it is also possible if you provide indisputable evidence to the social protection authorities.

The bill does not specify how long this payment should last. But in fact, officials often rely on a scientific basis, saying that a breastfeeding woman is one whose milk is the main source of nutrition for the baby. This usually lasts up to a year.

Additional payments

Mothers should not forget that in some regions, in addition to benefits for nursing mothers, they are also entitled to a payment for good nutrition of the child. How long does this payment last? This allowance is expected in those cities and regions in which dairy kitchens were closed for one reason or another.

Do not forget about the special privileges for single mothers. The main thing is to get given status officially, not just in words. Not every mother who raises a child alone can receive such a status and the corresponding privileges. For this, the child must necessarily be born out of wedlock, in the birth certificate in the column "father" there must be a dash or an entry made at the direction of the mother. Only in this case, the mother is recognized as a loner. And every month, until the baby reaches 16 years old, she will receive an additional payment, which will be equal to 40% of her average earnings.

Do not forget about the parent capital. Although it can be spent on strictly defined purposes, it is still, to some extent, a benefit for nursing mothers if she feeds her baby long enough. If it was decided to spend the capital on improving living conditions, then it is spent to some extent on improving conditions for mom.
