What is vital energy and how to increase it? How to increase the vitality of the body, increase strength and energy

In this article, I will share with you seven ways to increase your vital energy without performing esoteric rituals or buying red bottles.

Life energy is such a strange thing that no one sees, but can easily feel. When you have a lot of it, your mood overflows, and you realize that you can move a mountain without getting out of breath. And, on the contrary, when the energy runs out, thoughts and movements become sluggish, you feel tired, and gradually realize that you have only two urgent needs: where to sleep, and how to make sure that no one interferes with this.

The Chinese call it " Qi", and even created a whole Chinese medicine Qigong, which translates to “control of Qi.” But, perhaps, today I don’t have enough Qi to write an article about Qigong, and I will simply tell you about several ways available to everyone on how to increase vital energy.

Exercise every day

Regular exercise is the easiest way to increase vital energy. Exercise increases breathing and blood flow, which means every cell in your body receives more oxygen and nutrients than at rest. And the better your cells feel, the better you feel, and the more energy you have.

If you are not a sports fan and your goal is just to increase your energy, then you do not have to stick to the system. Do any exercise that challenges your muscles, but do it regularly. Do morning exercises, run, jump rope, swim, ride a bike - any activity is good. How to increase vital energy? Train!

Healthy eating

Yours Vital energy directly depends on what you eat. Stuff your mouth with fast food and your energy levels will drop. If you regularly eat unhealthy and artificial food, then depending on your attitude towards religion, your energy will either be deposited in the fat compartments of the body or flow out through a special point in the middle of the forehead.

Products that have gone through a long and complex cycle of industrial processing cannot contain many vitamins, minerals and other useful substances, so necessary for the body. If they can be there at all. And that’s why you should pay attention to the most natural and healthy foods possible. If you want meat, take it raw chicken breasts and cook instead of buying sausage or sausages. If you want milk, take regular cottage cheese instead of the beautifully packaged “Miracle Cottage Cheese”. And, of course, fruits and vegetables should be your greatest friends. How to increase vital energy? Eat more fruits and vegetables.

Starvation

Our body has two states: hungry and full. In a hungry state, the body supplies energy to all systems and organs harmoniously and evenly, while it is cleansed and toxins are removed. In a full state, almost all the energy goes into the stomach, and this is what explains the sleepy and dull state of satiety after a heavy lunch. will allow you to better cleanse your body and not spend most of your energy on digesting food.

How to increase vital energy? Go hungry (no matter how paradoxical it may sound).

Drink water

It would be logical to write “drink coffee” at this point, since coffee is a well-known and simple energy drink. However, I am against increasing some parameters of the body at the expense of deteriorating others, and coffee in this regard is a very controversial drink. Therefore, I can call ordinary drinking water the best drink for increasing vital energy. Water helps cleanse the body of waste and toxins, water is a source of oxygen and nutrients, after all, our body largely consists of water. Therefore, to increase energy, instead of alcohol and coffee, and at least two liters per day.

How to increase vital energy? Keep drinking regime!

Normal sleep

This is another one required condition for supporting high level energy. A person’s body that does not get enough sleep does not have time to properly cleanse itself, recover and prepare for a new day, and as a result, each such day becomes more and more difficult. Availability of a computer, the Internet, and a lot of entertainment on it, such as games and social networks, gives many temptations.

It even comes to the point of information addiction - this is when you are sitting at the computer, you have done everything, you seem to have to get up and go to bed, but you cannot tear yourself away from the screen and climb to read or watch at least something else. In this case, you are guaranteed to have weak vital energy - and not only due to lack of sleep.

Avoiding Multitasking

All sorts of energy gurus are often silent about this, but I’m not a guru and I’ll say it. Our multitasking consumes an obscene amount of energy when we take on several things at once. Therefore, if such situations often occur to you, think about how this can be avoided. Perhaps some time management and work organization techniques will help. In general, do things in order, do not start the second task without finishing the first, and you will be happy.

The above tips are just the beginning. Choose what is most convenient for you, and soon your energy will increase. But if you don’t know where to start, I will suggest you something that helped me a lot - maintain a normal sleep schedule, point 5.

Also, meditate. This is the best way, in my opinion, to increase vital energy.

And today we’ll talk about how to increase vital energy.

In my research on vital energy, I rely on Igor Isaev’s book “Energy Practices of Yoga and Qigong.” And also on the experience of Natalia Solonenko, a woman who has been involved in spiritual practices and issues of vital energy for 30 years.

Even ancient philosophers argued that man is a microcosm - a reflection of the macrocosm, that is, the entire Universe. Consequently, all the laws that work in the universe will work in man himself. This is exactly what it says famous saying“Know yourself and you will know the whole Universe.”

Before we understand how to increase vital energy, let's understand where vital energy comes from. The first thing that is important to understand is that the entire universe consists of a synthesis of three aspects of existence - information (consciousness), energy and matter.

Both the entire Universe and man operate and develop due to the presence of flows of dynamic balance of three levels of reality - metabolism, energy exchange and information exchange.

These processes occur in us constantly and almost always automatically. We can only realize and feel, and, consequently, influence the most coarse and dense metabolic process. Therefore, it is the most studied and understood.

We know practically nothing about the other two processes that directly operate in our bodies, as well as in the entire surrounding universe - the exchange of energy and information, since our senses do not perceive these processes.

This is why modern science recognizes that a person uses only 10% of his brain. What is the other 90% needed for? In order to manage your higher energy information processes.

So, we know nothing about these energy-informational processes working in us. We do not consciously work with each of them. These processes occur in us on their own, with little efficiency and intensity, and even under the distorting and suppressive influence of unfavorable physical and emotional (energy) states into which we, out of ignorance, plunge our body.

We plunge because of poor nutrition and breathing, small physical activity, addictions, inability to interact correctly with other people and correctly assess the events of the surrounding reality.

Naturally, in such a situation, all our potential opportunities are realized in a tiny fraction, and even the average physical health, not to mention serious emotional and spiritual well-being, seems like a remote possibility to most people on Earth.

From here it becomes clear why the calculated and proven modern science The possible life span of a physical body of 140-160 years is completely unrealistic for each of us.

Sources of vital energy

Where does vital energy come from and how does it manifest itself in our body? Everything, from our thoughts to sensations in the body, originates in the energy-informational field and then manifests itself on the physical level.

All energy information flows in our body move through energy channels and energy centers. Energy channels-orbits-meridians of a person are called hita (or nadi), and energy centers are called chakras.

Where does it spend psychic energy V Everyday life average person? It turns out that not only for life important processes type of maintenance normal operation heart, muscle contractions and other automatic processes. The main consumer of vital energy is nervous system and the associated psycho-emotional sphere.

We already understand that a person is not only a physical body (material category), but also an emotional and mental component (energy category), as well as consciousness (information category). And all these levels of personality require a constant flow of energy and information for their functioning. The more intense they are, the more they spend.

It is known that all scientific works indicate that mental work, of all others, requires the most tension and effort from a person. That is, even classical medicine recognizes that an actively working consciousness and the nervous system associated with it require a large expenditure of physical and mental strength.

Therefore, it is important to know how to increase your vital energy. Especially if you do mental work.

How to increase vital energy?

There are 2 ways to increase your level of vital energy (prana)

1. Do those things that give energy, and NOT do those things that take away energy.
2. Engage in energy practices that pump energy.

WE CAN GAIN VITAL ENERGY (PRANA) THROUGH:

1. Earth Element: There are foods full of prana (vital energy): natural grains, cereals, ghee, honey, fruits, vegetables. Be in nature, contemplate nature, walk barefoot on the earth. Sleep from 9-10 pm until two am (at other times the nervous system does not rest, no matter how much we sleep). Play sports, love, do what you love.

2. Water element: Drink a lot of water, preferably from wells or streams, swim in a river or sea. Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Douse yourself with cold water, especially in the morning.

3. Fire Element: Stay in the sun and eat foods that contain sunlight.

4. Air element: This is the most important element receiving prana through inhalation clean air, especially in the mountains, in the forest and on the seashore. Smoking and being in crowded places deprives a person of prana.

5. Ether element: Cultivating positive thinking, kindness, good mood. And this level is considered basic. For even if a person lives in nature and eats right, but at the same time walks around irritated and angry, then, on the contrary, excess prana will destroy him even faster.

On the other hand, a harmonious person, that is, good-natured, fearless, can last quite a long time in the city if he is forced to live there. But even such a person needs to watch his diet and periodically “break out” into nature. In cities, the source of prana is churches, temples, and monasteries.

LOSS OF ENERGY CAUSES:

Dejection, dissatisfaction with fate, regret about the past and fear, rejection of the future
- setting and pursuing selfish goals
- aimless existence
- resentment, guilt or shame
- binge eating
- uncontrollable wandering of the mind, inability to concentrate
- when we eat fried or old food, food prepared by a person in anger or experiencing other negative emotions, when using a microwave oven, foods containing preservatives, chemical additives grown in artificial conditions, using chemical fertilizers
- eating food devoid of prana: coffee, black tea, white sugar, white flour, meat, alcohol
- eating in a hurry and on the go
- smoking
- empty talk, especially if we criticize and condemn someone
- communication with negative people, conflicts, disputes
- incorrect breathing, for example, too fast and deep
- exposure to direct sunlight, from 12 to 4 pm, especially in the desert
- promiscuity, sex without desire and, especially without love for a partner
- excessive sleep after 7 am, lack of sleep
- tension of mind and body
- greed and greed

That's all for today. Next time we'll talk about energy practices. I would be glad if you share your experience of receiving vital energy.

“What is a person without energy? He’s worth nothing, absolutely nothing…” - this is what the writer and specialist in American history Maurice Mendelsohn exclaimed perhaps too harshly in his biography of Samuel Clemmens, who entered world culture under the name Mark Twain. If he is at least a little right, then it is especially frightening that complaints about loss of strength are among the most common today. The questions asked by Samira Pavlova about what human vital energy is from a psychological point of view, what its lack may be associated with, and how to help increase it, are answered by psychologist and personal growth coach Alexey Pavlov.

On our website, topic increase vitality attention has already been paid (in particular in the recently published article “Energy laws", or in the one published a year ago "How to save energy during the workday"), but these were all less in-depth and meaningful texts - not answering the main questions. So we read and delve into it.

S.P.: I have seen several people with huge and obvious psychological problems who nevertheless had a lot of energy. They constantly participated in some projects, organized something, protested against something, learned something, conquered something.

A.P. And it's quite possible that they didn't think so: that is, they didn't think they had a lot of energy. There are often people who subjectively feel their constant weakness and lack of strength, and on the outside they even look super-energetic. We must clearly understand the difference between appearance and internal state. In this case, external observation is usually more objective.

Generally speaking, I believe that energy is always there! You just need to get to it. Everyone sits on their own gold mine of energy; these riches just need to be mastered.

S.P. What does a person need to do to subjectively feel full of energy?

A.P. The feeling of “I have little energy” is usually associated with the inheritance of previous experiences: lack of energy in childhood, for example. Feeling of powerlessness and depression. And this past experience turns into reality. As with all psychological problems, the earlier such experience is acquired, the more difficult it is to work with the problem, since the conceptual mechanism has not been formed. But in these cases, body-oriented therapy usually helps, for which verbal expression of feelings or previous experiences is not so important.

Usually the state of “no strength” occurs in children who have been forced to do some very unwanted actions, if these children are not prone to rebellion. Someone could resist when he was forced to play a boring violin, go to a hated school, or simply communicate with an unloved aunt, while others unconsciously chose roundabout paths of resistance. Most often these are diseases: constant colds, vomiting, heat, stomach ache. The child seemed to be saying to the adults, “Look, I’m submissive, I’m ready to do what you want, but I just can’t, because I’m sick.” The second most common defense after disease is constant fatigue. The same thing works here: “I’m ready, I agree, but I can’t.” This helps the child defend his rights without quarreling with his parents. This is an unconscious protest of a child, formed into a habit that lasts a lifetime.

Another way to deprive yourself of energy is to remember the words of your parents or teachers, “you won’t succeed anyway.” If a child believed them, but lost faith in himself, then he “protected” himself from defeat by a constant lack of strength. The fear of defeat is adjacent to the parental attitude.

Loss of strength can also be a form of self-punishment (here you have to look for what exactly, everyone has something different): a person torments himself with anxious thoughts (read “ How to get rid of negative thoughts "), experiences, fears, heartache that he constantly has no strength. Sometimes this is not punishment, but an escape from some global experience or unbearable feeling from the past or present. This state of constant “bleeding of energy” with the help of experiences also becomes a habit.

And sometimes a person needs to prove to himself and the world that his parents did not underestimate him, but were right about him when they said that he was a weakling or that nothing would come of him. " Great way“For this purpose - self-sabotage: a person arouses in himself the desire to do something, and then breaks it off. Unconsciously but persistently fail, this too effective method deprive yourself of energy.

The state of psychological fatigue may also be due to the fact that a person simply does not allow himself to live, does not live for himself.

One more thing: a person has a lot of energy when he does what he wants. Besides, when you don't do what you want, you go against the grain and feel like you're in prison.

S.P. Why, in fact, can a person not do what he wants? Many, on the contrary, are confident that they are doing what they want, but still feel a lack of strength.

A.P. A person often—more often than one would like to think—suppresses his real desires. And what he considers to be his desires are not: these are either the expectations of society or his parents.

Often we humans simply don't know what we want. For example, a person thinks that he wants to be a star, but in fact, he wants attention. A person is sure that he wants to be successful, but in fact he wants to prove to someone (parents, for example, or a more established brother) that he is also good. If someone says they want to be beautiful or attractive, it very often means they want love. It is quite obvious that fulfilling these superficial desires does not bring true satisfaction, and therefore no energy. For example, a woman undergoes several plastic surgeries, painstakingly watches her figure, and dresses very carefully. She fulfills her desire to be beautiful and attractive, but the underlying desire for love is not fulfilled. Or a person has achieved enormous success, he is recognized, appreciated, he is praised, but he has not achieved the unconditional acceptance of his parents. Even if they ended up telling him, “Wow! Well done! We are proud of you! We are happy that we have such a son!”, he understands that this is not an unconditional feeling parental love and pride in him. He needs them to love and be proud simply because he is their child, that they believe in him BEFORE, and not after he has done something.

Getting to know yourself should help you understand what a person really wants. This would be simple if we did not have psychological defenses that sometimes prevent even the most insightful people see your hidden needs or ways to solve your problems. Working with a specialist, for example, can help here.

One more thing: true desires are often prohibited. Moreover, these are not some erotic or exotic desires. People have strong unconscious prohibitions against resting, spending money on themselves, praising themselves, and succeeding. And here, too, you need to look individually, solve a specific problem.

Superficial desires are often desires of desires. A person thinks that he wants to learn to play the guitar, but for some reason he doesn’t have the strength. But in fact, he does not want to learn to play the guitar: that is, to select an instrument, do exercises, go to a teacher, practice every day - in a word, everything that is pleasant and interesting to someone who really wants to play the guitar. He wants to go out and play beautifully in public. “Be able to”, but not “learn”. He is not interested in the process. And the path to the desires of desires is always longer and more resource-intensive.

S.P. What are true desires and how to recognize them?

A.P. Conventionally, three levels can be distinguished: desires, true desires and basic needs.

If a person lives at the level of desire for desires, then he constantly lacks strength. If at the level true desires, then he has energy. If at the level of basic needs, then he is highly energetic. Basic needs are the deepest and they are very simple. It's food, warmth, protection, closeness with others. They essentially boil down to one thing: a sense of security. It seems that everything is primitively simple. But if a person’s psychological problems do not allow him to satisfy them, then he receives only echoes of satisfaction, therefore he replaces them. For example, a person deep down dreams of a safe refuge, but he is not able to create it on his own, in his soul. Then he builds a mansion behind a high fence and buys up real estate. But there was still no sense of security. For a while, an illusion of safety arises. It’s easy to understand, but to realize it, to feel it deeply, is very difficult.

“A sea of forces” is an illusion from the vocabulary of a person who has always had few of them, and he dreams of having an inexhaustible amount of them. And so they should just be comfortable and enough.

S.P. How can you help yourself understand your true desires?

A.P. Move deeper: for example, write your desires. Then we look for secondary benefits from them (20 pieces for each, no less). Secondary benefits are deeper desires, more true ones. They can be passed through the same “meat grinder” several more times. All this leads to the discovery of deep-seated needs.

A.P. Take this list and come up with ten ways to make it happen. And then it’s just practice: you need to try, implement.

Of course, it is best to do this with a specialist, because a psychologist must regulate where a person should stop, how to avoid self-destruction or harm to others, what experiences are best “relived” in the office, and not outside, spoiling relationships with someone or causing harm to yourself.

The quality of life is always higher if we move towards our true desires. Although at first a person may feel worse, because comfort zone left. It's like a massage: with a course therapeutic massage people with chronic diseases Often there is deterioration at the beginning, and improvement occurs only at the end of the process. In working on mental states, the tendency is the same: at first the discomfort intensifies, because the person lived in a certain way and considered this to be universal laws. You just need to endure it and rethink it. Some go through the cracks, some make compromises. And some retreat and are left alone with their superficial desires and lack of energy.

Another serious fact: we humans are social creatures, and from childhood we have a tendency to suppress ourselves, our impulses and feelings for the sake of social norms and requirements. And when a person frees himself from prohibitions, even superficial ones, “bad” things also come out of him: socially disapproved. For example, accumulated anger. This is often scary, but it is important to remember that this is not the true essence of a person, it is ballast that has accumulated over years of prohibitions to express it. Only when this comes out will a person begin to understand what he really wants. And in order to cope with the negative: anger, for example, a specialist is also useful.

S.P. When there is no energy, then there are no desires. Right?

A.P. Usually there are two options here. If a person begins to fulfill desires (and did not fulfill them before, for example, due to attitudes), then one day the attitudes will begin to pull back, resisting this “change of course.” He will be pulled away from his desires ( obsessive thoughts“Why did I do this?”, for example) hence the clinch and rollback: he began to fulfill his desires, spent all his energy and remained defenseless against attitudes. Then we need to work with attitudes, this can be overcome. But often a person breaks down at this point and stops.

It also happens that a person made a mistake with the choice of desires, then this does not return energy, but takes it away: for example, a person starts doing business, but in reality he just wants to be rich and do nothing. But business forces him to work, and this is contrary to his desire.

S.P. Do you need to overcome yourself when you have no strength? Is this how powerlessness can be overcome?

A.P. Powerlessness is a fairly universal concept. If frustration is a behavioral stereotype, then powerlessness is the background. Of course, true quality of life is not built on overcoming oneself. But coping can be useful in one-off situations. For example, force yourself to take a successful action. Make you do sports. If overcoming oneself is conscious, fueled by some kind of resource (this could be the help of a group, the help of a psychologist or mentor, a successful book or self-help technique, or something else that will personally allow this person to reach the end of overcoming oneself and win) and clearly planned, it can pay huge dividends.

S.P. What besides awareness and fulfillment of true desires helps increase vital energy?

A.P. Blocks in the form of attitudes, prohibitions and fears on the path of energy must either be removed or made transparent. Accumulated fear, resentment, aggression, pain, guilt and shame consume energy in frightening quantities.

Any deep release of emotions releases energy. When a person first shows repressed emotions in psychotherapy, it is a fountain, and sometimes Niagara Falls: that is, the repressed feeling is very strong, and in order to suppress it, push it back, constantly keep it under control, you need to use the same or greater power. Imagine what a huge waste of energy this is. But often a suppressed feeling or a “forgotten” (forgotten only on a conscious level) experience is not the only one a person has! Five such “depressions”, and there is no reserve of energy for the fullness of life.

“Our world is immersed in a huge ocean of energy, we fly in endless space at an incomprehensible speed. Everything around rotates, moves - everything is energy. We have a huge task ahead of us - to find ways to extract this energy. Then, drawing it from this inexhaustible source, humanity will move forward with giant steps.”

Nikola Tesla

S.P. They often say that you need to express aggression...

A.P. By expressing aggression, a person practices opening and closing the gates of energy. But we have to do it right. There are internal and external criteria for the completeness of expression of feelings; here you need to work with a specialist. In particular, it is important to find the right object of expression of aggression. If you just walk around and swear, you won’t increase your energy.

Let's return to things that help increase vital energy. Sports helps. It sounds banal, but it is an absolute fact. Here you need to look at a specific case: someone needs sports just to “get” required level endorphins that are released during physical activity.

S.P. Do they really stand out? There are people who say that sports do not give them strength.

A.P. First, you need to select reasonable and useful loads. For this you need good coach or a body-oriented psychotherapist. Secondly, you shouldn’t expect that the pleasure of sports will come after the first time. It will definitely come when the muscles adapt to regular loads, when the level of lactic acid after each workout stops going off scale. And (this is very important morally) the first successes will come. This usually happens after a month of regular work with the body.

So for some, training in the bench press room or in fitness is enough. Others need something more specialized: for example, work with clamps, relaxation, yoga.

To have high energy, you need to accept yourself for who you are. Real case: elderly woman very generous, with a rather careless character. She was haunted by the example of her long-dead mother, who ran the household ideally (in the opinion of her elderly daughter). And this woman tried, for example, to keep a book of income and expenses. She had a lot of general notebooks lying around her house, where, say, half a page was filled with texts like “30 rubles spent on such and such.” Can you imagine how much energy she spent constantly trying to become a different person? And then how much time was spent experiencing despair because nothing worked out again?

And simple mental hygiene is also important: if you are tired, rest. Don't do anything until you have a clear desire to do something specific. A person does not realize what he wants because he is always tired. Any activity (even the most enjoyable) is costly when you don’t want to do it, but do it.

There are also small things that are resource-generating and work to increase a person’s vital energy:

  • Come to fresh air. Spend at least an hour a day outdoors. There is nothing mystical here, although if you like, you can understand it mystically. Simply having sufficient oxygen levels works to increase energy. In addition, one of the most common psychoses of our time in big cities is delirium of influence. And this is not surprising, because a person in apartment buildings and offices is constantly surrounded by other people, there is always a ceiling above his head, and people usually walk above him, behind the walls and under the floor. That is why in clinical cases there are so many crazy ideas about rays that are released by aliens, intelligence agencies or evil neighbors. But even mentally completely healthy people apartments (albeit spacious and with good sound insulation - and not everyone has them like that) “pressure”. Let yourself go for at least an hour a day. In a month, you will be pleased with the results.
  • Grooming and the process of self-care itself increases energy. Since in our country there is a very widespread internal ban on attention to oneself, on any kind of “pampering”, people often replace this with worries about their health and sitting in queues to see the doctor. But if you go to spa salons, hair salons, get a massage, buy yourself beautiful things, the effect will be no less.
  • Meditation. There is no need for any feats: for five minutes a day, watch your breathing, concentrating only on it. Over the course of a year, such an easy workout will calm your state of mind, improve your metabolism and increase your will and energy.
  • Music . Listen and sing yourself. This is the point that people often intuitively come to on their own: that’s why in megacities there are a lot of people wearing headphones: they not only isolate themselves from others, but also try to feed themselves with the energy of their favorite music. I just want to say that here, as in everything else, you need regularity: listen to music before bed, sing several times a week. If possible, sing in a group, even in a choir, even in the car with friends. This is a plus.

S.P. In books on personal growth It is often advised to be here and now. But it is the lack of perspective that usually greatly depresses a person and lowers his energy. This is what (in addition to the obvious difficulties present at the moment) often destroys old people and homeless people: the thought “what will happen to me next?” Does the need for perspective have a right to exist? Or that false feeling and should we fight it?

A.P. Living here and now does not exclude thinking about the future. This concept (“here and now”) has been greatly simplified and... flattened or what? And it lost its meaning. Meanwhile, it only helps the future. It is more likely to be associated with awareness, rather than with a lack of plans for the future. But plans and goals are needed. Viktor Frankl also said that without a goal a person does not exist.

Although, of course, the question is in the settings. Even at 30, you can say, “We’re all going to die one day, so I’m not doing anything.” This, by the way, is where “universal” frustration arises, leading to complete absence energy. In this case, you need to change your perspective. Remember the story of Chartres Cathedral? When three construction workers are asked what they are doing here. One answers, “I carry heavy stones,” another says, “I earn money to feed my family,” and the third answers, “I help build the beautiful Chartres Cathedral.” In a sense, we can do the same with our lives and our goals: set a large task and break it down into daily goals and objectives. It is useful for a person to have a chain of daily guidelines from which he cannot deviate.

S.P. What if a person, say, always feels a surge of energy in one geographical point and a decline in another? Let's say he clearly feels energy when he is in Thailand, and when he returns to Moscow he feels a loss of strength? Or does it just seem like it?

A.P. It does not seem. In Thailand, this person does not have stable associative ties reminiscent of the negative moments he experienced, but in his homeland (regardless of what country his homeland is in) he does have negative memories that constantly bring to life. However, ninety percent of them are not realized. Like any unconscious experience, they draw energy onto themselves. In addition, there are often only positive associations associated with another country. There are no everyday problems (more precisely, if we are talking about tourism, they simply have not yet been experienced). And finally, there are countries whose mentality suits us more or less. Sometimes it’s a good idea to change the country to one whose mentality suits you better.

As already mentioned, every human thought, as well as his feelings and body, has strong or weak energy. To connect with the power of intention, you need to increase your energy level. How to increase internal energy person?

It is impossible to heal by constantly cursing the disease. By such actions you only add destructive energy to the destructive energy that permeates your life. If you react to the low level energy of the world around you with the same low energy, you will only expand it even more. For example, this can be reflected in the following: if you treat a person who somehow offended you accordingly, you will only strengthen the field of low-frequency energy.

There is no need to take advantage of the low energy that is present in many of those around you. Try to operate at higher frequencies, then they will not be able to lower your energy level. On the contrary, you should strive to increase your energy level, becoming what you want and strive for.

In order to make it easier for you to eliminate all the obstacles that come from the low-frequency waves of your energy and get closer to the power of intention, you need to learn how to increase your energy system through the following factors:

● Start practicing meditation regularly. To do this, throw away all extraneous thoughts for a while and immerse yourself in silence, while mentally constantly repeating the name of God as a mantra.

● Try to eat exclusively healthy food from plant products, for example: nuts, fruits and vegetables, soy or yeast-free bread. They contain a high alkaline content and have a positive effect on energy levels, thereby making you stronger. Other foods, such as sweets, fatty dairy foods and foods with dyes, have low energy levels. The best option will be: separate nutrition and thus you will give the body the opportunity to increase energy levels.

● Avoid completely bad habits: smoking, alcohol, drugs (even mild ones). This is simply necessary in order to get closer to the power of intention and increase your level energetic force.

● Move cable and commercial television far into the background. It’s no secret to anyone that modern television programs, films, videos and even children’s cartoons in most cases are negative in nature. Try to stop watching TV in general, or at least pay attention exclusively to positive, kind programs.

● When listening to music, pay attention to its energy. Loud, heavy and harsh sound vibrations significantly reduce your energy levels. Therefore, in order for you to attract love and peace to yourself, as well as the ability to contact with intention, listen exclusively to music and songs that can reflect your good, high thoughts.

●Picture your frequented spot with positive photos. Perhaps this turn of events may seem like complete nonsense to many, but this is not so. Photography is, to some extent, a form of energy reproduction, and photographs that capture expressions of love and joy, nature and kindness will be an excellent vehicle for filling your heart with high energy.

● Try to communicate with highly spiritual people as much as possible. It could even be your family and friends who see the greatness in you and help reconnect you with intention.

● Remember to monitor your behavior. Try to avoid places, activities and people that have low energy fields. Do not be violent, rude or angry. Instead of going with friends to a cafe or night club In order to drink and “have fun”, it is better to go to the park, on a hike, or to the sea. Try to be closer to nature. Visit monasteries, travel to holy places, or engage in charity, not necessarily financially.

● Do any good deeds from pure heart, and don’t ask for anything in return. When making any decision, be specific, do not fuss.

● Think about forgiveness as often as possible. If someone has offended you, on purpose or by accident, there is no need to hold a grudge against this person, much less resentment, forgive him and wish him well.

● Don't be proud. Don't set yourself a higher standard than other people. Treat everyone equally, regardless of a person's status. After all, pride and conceit are worst enemies on the way to intention.

All these tips will help you as quickly as possible increase internal energy, and, therefore, get closer to the universal Spirit.
