54 percent of Russian women consider the order in their bag ideal, and the most important items in it are a phone and a cosmetic bag. The ranking of the most unusual things found inside a woman's handbag was topped by a vibrator, inspiration and amulets. The international network “Training Center SEX.RF” presented the results of a survey of residents of large Russian cities about the content of the most important women's accessory.
The most popular items found in Russian women's handbags were a mobile phone (13%) and a wallet (11%).
In second place were documents, including a passport (10%).
On the third place - a comb, a cosmetic bag, sanitary napkins and keys (8% each).
The next most popular “inhabitants” of women’s bags are hygiene products (7%), pills (5%) and adhesive plaster (4%), but perfume, contrary to the stereotype, is carried by only 6% of girls.
Despite the fact that a mobile phone is the most popular item in a woman’s handbag, only 4% of women carry a charger or a spare battery for it. 2% of women each carry cigarettes, manicure accessories and, oddly enough for the electronic age, a paper book in their clutches.
But self-defense means came in last place - only 1% of survey participants carried pepper spray and a pocket knife. The ranking of popular items is also completed by condoms and computer equipment – 1% each.
At the same time, 55% of women believe that the contents of the handbag fully reflect their character, and the most unusual “finds” in it were “inspiration,” “vibrator,” “amulets,” and “all sorts of junk.”
Women named a phone or tablet (25%) as the most important items in their bag; another 17% would not leave home without a cosmetic bag, and 15% would not leave perfume. The absence of a comb would upset 13% of Russian women, but only 8% would be upset if they had keys. Ladies worry even less about whether they put a passport (7%), a mirror (6%) or napkins (5%) in their bag. But time management has lost its popularity in the eyes of women - only 1% of respondents worry about having an organizer and diary.

Contrary to the stereotype, the majority of women believe that their purse is in order (54%), while 40% of them do not deny that it may seem like a mess to a stranger, and 14% boasted of perfect cleanliness. Concerning appearance and type of bag, the absolute favorite of Russian women was the classic medium-sized business bag (41%), 26% preferred a spacious accessory, and 18%, on the contrary, preferred a small clutch. 6% of fashionable and progressive girls like a backpack, and 9% chose a shoulder bag.
At the same time, the majority (72%) of girls admitted that they use different bags depending on the situation. 17% of ladies have a main accessory, which they periodically replace with a more suitable one for the outfit or occasion, and the remaining 11% always wear the same one. In addition, the survey showed that the size of the bag directly depends on the availability and frequency of use of the car. Thus, among avid car ladies, the majority of people are fans of small clutches (22%), but “horseless” ladies most often choose roomy bags (31%).
The most unexpected result of the study was the fact that the majority of women do not approve of men carrying a handbag. 43% of ladies think that a gentleman with a reticule looks funny, another 13% are neutral about such a picture, and 36% consider such help a sign good upbringing and masculine nobility.
