Craft winter house. Houses made of wooden sticks: do it yourself

Greetings. Dear guests of my blog!!!
After a long lull I have New Year's craft to a school exhibition for my youngest daughter. The work gave me great pleasure; it completely coincided with my creative interests, namely my passion for miniatures, toys and doll houses.

The work took about 10 days in a tight schedule + the last sleepless night)))

As usual, crafts from first-graders are basically a competition of parental efforts and skills))) I couldn’t miss this opportunity) Of course, my first-grader was eager to actively help, so I allocated areas of work for her that she could do to the best of her ability , and without compromising the overall appearance of the craft) Well, more on that later...

Ithaca, get ready to watch, lovers of details) There will be a lot of photos (sorry for some work photos in a mess, I worked enthusiastically)))...

Craft size about 60 X 18 X 27 cm
The theme is New Year's, I wanted to kill two birds with one stone: and a room-room in New Year's style make, and show the winter snowy beauty, courtyard...
Therefore, I divided the craft into two parts using the wall of the house.

The room turned out bright and elegant

And the courtyard sparkles with snow-white snow

From one end of the craft window of the house

The other end is open for viewing

The basis of my craft was this old box from Katyusha’s toy, which was lying in the bins, waiting for its finest hour)
For a long time I couldn’t decide on the size and shape, but when I saw this box, all my thoughts immediately fell into place)

I removed the plastic, and everything else - size and shape, elegant cutouts - I decided to leave everything as it was.

The beautiful monograms on the box immediately attracted my attention, so just in case I decided to save their appearance on tracing paper (sorry for the crumpled tracing paper - I had what I had on hand)

Preparing a box for decoration is a boring task :(
I covered all the joints, irregularities and ends with paper masking tape - great stuff!)

I cut a window opening at the end of the box and covered the ends with tape (I don’t know why - they weren’t visible later)

In places where it was necessary to create beautiful small curves (on the front, for example), I used white adhesive laminated paper.

Let's try a cardboard partition - a wall with an entrance door between the street and the room

The door was simply cut through - without hinges

The walls of the room are covered with beautiful white wrapping paper with a small golden pattern, I already used it last year for a New Year's house in the kindergarten here
The paper is glued with a glue stick, I applied it to the box - this way the thin paper does not get wet and lies flat.

I made a New Year's border at the top of the walls.
Napkin with New Year theme cut into strips and pasted onto them using decoupage white paper. Then I pasted paper strips with designs on the walls.
At first the border was planned only on back wall, but plans changed along the way...

The door was first painted brown acrylic paint.

I glued strips of brown veneer onto the floor, imitating a plank floor (you can see it in more detail in other photos)

Based on the shape of the doorway, I made door frames (internal and external) from cardboard and painted them with the same brown acrylic.

Then I glued wooden slats from a Chinese napkin to the door on both sides using Moment-gel glue.

This is what the outside door looks like.

At this stage, the partition wall has not yet been installed in place, so that it would be more convenient to work with its design

We tint the door using a dry piece of foam rubber. Lightly dip the foam into the paint and apply a little lightly to the surface of the wooden slats. The effect of aged wood is obtained.

We make brickwork on the wall.
To do this, I cut 2.5 X 1.5 cm rectangles from thin but dense corrugated cardboard and glued them in the form of brickwork with small intervals.
Then, using a piece of foam rubber, I painted and tinted the bricks using brown acrylic paint and white gouache in different proportions.

Now you can install the wall.

The door opens.
For the handle I used a plastic ring on a leather strap. I found this little thing in my stash, I don’t even know what it came from, but it fit perfectly.

The back wall in the street part of the craft was covered with white voluminous wallpaper. In some places there are stars that glow in the dark, but, in my opinion, they do not spoil the overall appearance.

At the front door there is a small semicircular step, like a porch)

I marked out the future step in front of the door and made it from cardboard according to its size. It’s very convenient to lay out a piece of a cut spool of used adhesive tape along the curve

For snow on the ground in the yard I used white foam material, which is placed in household appliances in boxes or used for some purposes in repairs - I don’t know - I found a piece. It was about 2 cm thick, I cut it lengthwise to make it thinner. It didn't turn out exactly, but it worked to my advantage. It looks a lot like snow.

Cut it to the shape of a courtyard

I used hot glue to glue “snow” to the bottom of the box, having previously cut out a place in the snow for the step

The stone step is glued into place.

Now comes the fun part! Snow!!!
Apply medium-wet gouache onto a small piece of dry foam rubber and use light strokes to imitate snow on the walls, doors, steps, etc...

The top of the wall seemed unfinished to me.
I cut out a roof from a strip of red corrugated cardboard, making teeth along the edge.
Upper part I glued the roofs to the wall, and so that the bottom one would lag behind the wall, I glued a sushi stick between the roof and the wall - I got a voluminous roof.

I applied “snowball” to the roof.
So much better)

Let's leave the courtyard for now and return to the room.

For the window opening, I cut out 2 frames (the width of the slats is 1 cm), the size of which is 0.5 cm larger than the window opening.
Painted with white gouache.

I cut out transparent plastic from the packaging according to the size of the window opening (it is 0.5 cm smaller on each side than the frame).
I pasted the glass with reverse side outer frame, then glued the frame to the outside of the window.
I glued the second frame (without glass) from the inside.

This is what the room looked like at this stage.
I decided to extend the New Year's border to the right and left, because... unfinished look

For the window sill I used a plastic corner

There wasn't enough Christmas tree border for this wall, so here are the gifts)))

Wonderful curtains with a golden pattern were previously a gift bag.
A kebab stick and two beads are a cornice.
I hemmed the top of the curtain and inserted a cornice into the resulting drawstring.

Decor on the windows - a thread of beads and openwork white lace at the bottom of the glass.

I glued together such a structure from cardboard, the top is made of fiberboard. Painted it.

Then these wonderful wooden products were used)))

Using a utility knife, I cut out more beautiful and symmetrical shapes on clothespins.
Then I painted it with brown acrylic and sanded it sandpaper on the ends and glued it on.. It turned out to be an excellent antique decor for the fireplace.

Wooden slats from a Chinese napkin supported the style.

An old metal buckle from supplies came in handy for the fireplace grate)

I went over the worn ends with lightly golden acrylic paint for a shine, and opened it with acrylic varnish.
The end of the pedestal was lined with bricks and later tinted.

New Year's garland for the mood)

The inside of all the surfaces of the fireplace was covered with red chalk paper to reflect the light in the fireplace.

I made a fireplace chimney from 3 strips of cardboard, painted it, glued bricks (1 X 2 cm), painted them and tinted them with paint.

This is how the design turned out.

I printed out a photo of the fire in the fireplace from the Internet and pasted it on the wall behind the fireplace.

Mantel clock - a white printout from the Internet, pasted on a red one. and then on gold self-adhesive. And all this on a cardboard circle. The middle is painted.
A gold bow with beaded balls gave the fireplace a festive look.

By the way, it turned out to be a beautiful shot. To create it, I held the camera with one hand and shined a flashlight on the fireplace and Christmas tree with the other)))

The firewood in the fireplace is real, lightly sprinkled with red and golden sparkles.
The fire is almost real too. My brother brought an electric light bulb to the fireplace. But more on that later...

The horse is a wooden button. The Christmas tree is a wooden figurine from a bead store (I glued it onto a button, like on a stand), decorated with a mother-of-pearl bead.

On the left is a toy figurine, on the right is a real candle in a homemade candlestick.

Decor on a green branch - flowers and stars - Easter sprinkles.

Felt boots - made from decorative felt napkins for creativity.

You can warm up by the fireplace in a cozy armchair. The prototype of this chair was a toy chair from my childhood, which is in my house for Mishutka (look in my blogs)

I cut out the back from cardboard and painted it.
The seat was covered with fabric. laying padding polyester.
I assembled the structure by gluing a wooden strip under the seat. Soft pillow for the back)

Along the edge of the back I glued a thread of small beads and gold twisted cord. The beads were painted gold.

The picture on the wall is a magazine clipping - an old New Year's card. Framed in a wooden slatted frame. The frame is painted and toned with gold.

Wall lamp made of beads and accessories for jewelry. Everything is strung on a wire.
In this form it seemed unfinished to me, so I already attached a chain to it on the wall, like a switch.

The front door and casing were opened with varnish. There is a wooden New Year's deer on the door)

As I wrote above, the door opens outwards

Well, what kind New Year without a beautiful Christmas tree!

The Christmas tree was made from branches from a small shapeless Chinese Christmas tree.
Decorated with beads, golden sequins in the form of flowers, shiny tinsel and sprinkled with sparkles. Top made of assorted gold beads.

Toys on the window

The lights are sparkling, and under the Christmas tree there is Santa Claus with gifts.

Check out the light!

So, let's continue the tour)

In the courtyard I made a fence from popsicle sticks and slats from a Chinese wooden napkin.
The parts are painted red, sanded at the ends for a slightly aged effect and glued with Moment-gel glue.

Of course, there should be a bench next to the house.
I made it from wooden ice cream sticks, sugar stirring sticks and pieces of kebab sticks.

After two repaints, I ended up with this bench, the color of which I didn’t really like, so it was further modified later

They made a snowman in the yard)
Katyusha also took an active part in its production.

Two foam balls were connected to each other using a toothpick and hot glue.

Using a stapler, I made a headband to fit the volume of the snowman’s head from a strip of cardboard.

I cut the red threads into pieces. Then Katyusha, folding each thread in half, strung the threads in loops onto the headband.

The hat is almost ready.
I glued it to the head and gathered the threads into one bundle. I trimmed the resulting bubo with scissors.

I wove a scarf from 4 threads using the Macrame method (I remembered my childhood hobby)

This is how handsome the end result was.

The handles are made from real twigs. Only now I noticed that everything around was covered in snow, and the snowman was like new. We need to fix the bug)

The eyes and buttons are sequins, the nose is the sharpened tip of a kebab stick, painted to match the color of a carrot.

Using hot glue and a toothpick, I installed the snowman in place.

I scattered foam snowballs around the snowman, securing them with hot glue.

Tree and bush made from real twigs. I formed a tree, fastened the branches with hot glue, wrapped the trunk with a napkin and glued it with PVA, when it dried, I painted the tree and bush with one brown tone of acrylic paint.

I “planted” the plants in the yard using hot glue, having previously made holes in the “snow” for “planting”.

On front door I attached a New Year's wreath to the house.

A wreath, bow and bell from an old souvenir. put it in order, tied it with gold lace, decorated it with flower sequins and sweet multi-colored balls - Easter sprinkles.
I “powdered” everything with white gouache snow.

Beautiful, but clearly missing a lantern.

As always, my brother came to the rescue when it came to electrifying my crafts.

My brother and I made this lantern using champagne wire, a plastic cap, parts from a laser pointer and a gold bead. Inside there is an LED light bulb that shines with white light - just what you need to emphasize the whiteness of the snow.

The lantern was installed and some of the details were painted gold to make one.

The wires go back. There is a battery installed on the back of the craft.

The reverse side of the craft is covered with white self-adhesive paper. We hid the wires under it.

This battery powers not only the flashlight, but also the light bulb in the fireplace.
The general lighting in the room with LED strip did not work as I wanted - there were no necessary materials.

The design is not very elegant, but that’s all we could do on the last night before the “object” was handed over)))

This is the design my brother made in a hurry. Not very aesthetically pleasing, but strong)
With one click of the switch we turn on both the lantern and the fireplace.

The lantern shines brightly and really decorates the craft.

A friend suggested a great idea about snow, which she got from the Internet.
Small white salt mixed with PVA glue into a thick paste and applied. You can also simply sprinkle a little salt on top.

I lightly applied this “snowball” with a brush to all surfaces: on the wreath, door, trim, roof, lantern, trees, fence, etc. Such snow looked very natural at the junctions of walls and ground, along the edge of a step, along a fence, etc.
At first I was not impressed, but the result after drying exceeded all expectations. While the adhesive mixture was still wet, it dusted off all the snow a little with small silver sparkles. It turned out great!!!
In the slightest light, especially artificial light, the snow plays like on a frosty day, you can almost hear the crunching under your feet...

The bench acquired its final appearance when it was fairly covered with snow)

The entire craft box was covered with white glossy adhesive paper on top.

I smeared glue from the end of the box along the figured cutout, and sprinkled glitter on top.

Then I hung it on strings along the top of the neckline. at different levels foam balls, also sprinkled with lightly silver glitter.
It turned out unusual. The idea came spontaneously, and I am very pleased with it.

The other end of the box is designed like a house wall with a window.

There is brickwork on the wall, and a roof above - everything is the same as on the wall with the door.

I went over all surfaces with foam rubber and white gouache.

A strip of foam material is glued to the bottom, like snow in the yard. From above, at the transition to the wall, I applied snow from PVA and salt.

With the same snow made from PVA and salt, I dusted the trim on the windows, the roof and some of the walls. And everything has a little silver sparkle.
It turned out great.

By the time the craft is delivered, i.e. By morning, my work looked like this.

I didn't have time to do anything else. And there are still a lot of ideas, as always.
But then it turned out that the works for the exhibition would be exhibited after school, so I had a couple of hours to spare.
Therefore, I added a little to the work.

Hello, dear readers! For the New Year, store shelves are traditionally filled with themed decorations - Christmas balls, garlands, tinsel, snow globes, miniature decorative houses.

Moreover, a number of the goods sold in the relevant departments can be purchased without special labor and costs to make it yourself. We looked at how to make balls from rope, but today we will make such a small winter house:

What is needed to implement the idea.

You need to prepare: thick cardboard or sheets of polystyrene foam (sold in packs in hardware stores, it’s simply an accordion backing for laminate flooring, the material cuts and glues perfectly), moment gel glue, scissors, a stationery knife, ruler, pencil, cotton wool, rhinestones, 7 cm rope, PVA glue, two 3 cm pieces of thin wire, 2 wooden skewers, a can of silver paint.

ATTENTION: to make a miniature house, you can use thick cardboard, in this master class we replaced the cardboard with sheets of polystyrene foam, but you can easily use regular cardboard!

The templates presented below will help you get your bearings, draw them onto plain paper, cut them out, apply them to sheets of polystyrene foam - trace them with a pencil, cut them out with a stationery knife, under a ruler. The following parts should be obtained: floor 1 piece, side walls 2 pieces, front and rear parts 1 piece each, roof slopes 2 pieces.

We cut out a window on the back of the house, glue the house together with transparent glue, to do this we glue the side walls to the “floor” part, then the end and back parts, and finally the roof slopes.

Let's prepare the remaining decorative details.

Porch.

The photo below shows the parts that need to be prepared, cut them out and glue them into a single whole.

Then we prepare the thresholds, the number of parts will depend on the height of the steps, in this example we cut out one wide rectangular layer, three narrow strips, glue all the parts together, forming the steps, then apply the thresholds sideways to a sheet of polystyrene foam, outline, and cut out two identical side walls, which then we glue them to their rightful place.

We cut out a rectangular part - a door. We glue the door, thresholds and porch canopy to the house, on the sides of the first step we glue two wooden skewers, which also need to be glued to the bottom of the canopy.

Chimney.

We cut out a rectangular template, form a chimney from it, apply it to one of the slopes on the roof (on the side), put a mark on the chimney template according to the level of the roof slope. We cut off the chimney template according to the mark left, glue it, apply it to a sheet of polystyrene foam and trace it with a pencil, cut it out, cut all the parts with a stationery knife, which we then glue together in the shape of a chimney. We glue the resulting chimney to one of the roof slopes. The entire process of making a chimney is shown in the photo below.

Bench.

Cut it out necessary details made of polystyrene foam or cardboard, depending on what material you decide to use to make your decorative house craft. We form handles for the bench from wire. We glue the parts into a single whole, namely the back of the bench, seat, legs and handrails.

Ladder.

We cut out the details of the future miniature staircase - two long side strips and 5 rungs. We glue all the parts together.

Sled.

Cut out the necessary parts (see photo below). We glue the runners of the sleigh, glue the parts “for sitting” to them, and finally glue the rope.

The photo below shows the parts that need to be prepared for covering the space around the window (like shutters). We cut out a square from polystyrene foam, retreat 7 mm from the edge inward on each side, draw an inner square, which we cut out using a stationery knife and a ruler. We cut the resulting frame at the corners and glue the parts around the window.

Painting.

The house, as well as all the details described above, must be painted. The winter house craft will look even more impressive if you use several shades of paint, for example, white and silver. In this example, one paint color was used, namely silver, since the main undertone of the material used certainly looks very impressive; after painting, the product resembles ice sparkling in the sun.

ATTENTION: if you took polystyrene foam as a basis, then when painting do not overdo it with the amount of paint, it must be applied thin layers from a great distance, otherwise the chemical composition of the paint will simply corrode the cute little winter house.

Create a snowy effect.

We take a shallow container, pour PVA glue into it, split the cotton wool into thin small layers, immerse them in the glue, squeeze out the excess adhesive, and glue them to the roof surface. Using this scheme, we cover the entire surface of the roof, including the chimney; in addition, you can “snow” the corners of the house, a bench, a stepladder, or a sled. Leave the product to dry for about 24 hours.

Miniature flowerpots with snow globes.

The front entrance to the house can be decorated with flower pots with “snow globes”. We cut the woolen threads into pieces 1 cm long (15-20 pieces will be enough), take large bead, wrap it in foil, soak all the threads for 5 minutes in PVA glue, and place it on the bead in foil, forming an openwork vase. We leave it to dry; near the heating radiator, the product will dry in about 4 hours. You need to prepare 2 such pots. We remove the dried flowerpots from the beads, carefully separating the foil, paint them with a spray can, and glue hanging ropes on the sides. Then we form balls of cotton wool the size of the flowerpots, lightly coat them with PVA glue and place them in miniature flowerpots. Using an awl, we create punctures on the sides of the door, where we insert small pieces of toothpicks, securing them with glue, and then hang pots with snow globes on them.

Street lamp.

Of course, it won’t glow, but it will play a decorative role. We take the lid from a transparent box with glitter sand for nails, paint it with silver paint and glue it to the end of the veranda.

The rhinestones will play the role of snowflakes shining in the sun, so we glue them everywhere where there is improvised snow - the roof, bench, stepladder, porch, thresholds, side walls of the house, snow globes in a flowerpot. In addition, we select a rhinestone larger than the rest and glue it to the door, it will play the role of a door handle.

As a result of all the efforts, the result is a chic winter house craft, which will significantly transform the fireplace or bookshelf, festive table or space under Christmas tree.

Playing according to the “Builders” scenario, the participants "Cities of Professions" We were given the task of building our dream home. And this is what came of it! Some turned out to have an edible house made from cheese and sausage, some made it multi-story, some made a real palace with glowing lights on the roof, and another participant decided to create a whole model of a city with all kinds of buildings, roads and intersections for her daughter. As you can see, there are plenty of options. Which one would you like to repeat with your child at home?

We decided to build a house from soft floor plates. Additionally, we only needed paper for windows and doors and tape (we glued the windows and doors with double-sided tape). It turned out quickly, simply, and you can climb inside yourself, which the children really liked.

We also built a church out of plastic bottles. Here the process, of course, is more complicated.

You will need:

  • plastic bottles;
  • dye;
  • plasticine;
  • double-sided tape or strong glue.

You need to cut round windows and arched doors from bottles. Then glue the bottles with glue (we glued them with double-sided tape). Next is painting. You need to use paint that will not peel off plastic bottle. We still have some ceiling paint left after the renovation. They used her.

While the paint dries, we make church domes out of plasticine. To save plasticine, we crumpled newspaper balls and covered them with plasticine. The domes need to be attached to the bottle caps and the seams caulked. Now all that remains is to decorate the borders of windows and doors with plasticine sausages and screw the lids with domes to the bottles. The church is ready.

For more than a year I have been planning to create a model of the city, and the KUM project on studying professions convinced me even more of this need! To create the layout, I used cardboard folders that I glued together. The model has a car and railway, intersection, park area, pond, stops, station, pedestrian crossings, grass and paving stones.

To make the buildings of our city, I took 5 empty boxes of rolled oats and pasted them on both sides with color pictures characterizing certain administrative buildings of the city. There were 10 institutions - a cafe, a fire department, a police station, a school, an airport, a train station, a hospital, a post office, and a library.

I found most of the color pictures on the Internet; to create the library background, I scanned a page from the book “From Morning to Evening in the City of Good Deeds” by Richard Scarry. I covered the ends of the houses with colored tape, and completely covered all the buildings with tape for durability. Each house is numbered from 1 to 5 for subsequent games of distributing mail and settling animals.

I also made a 3D model of the buildings - I printed out the pictures of the buildings in duplicate, glued the front lower buildings onto cardboard, and glued them with a second layer. The result is a multi-layered layout that looks more interesting.

Multi-storey house

You will need:

Do you want to play with your child easily and with pleasure?

  • cubes;
  • children's books;
  • figurines upon request.

Everything is very simple. We build the walls of the house from cubes, the roof is a book, and the whole house is ready. You can make several floors and even a garage - just take a longer book. You can build a balcony, a dog house, or something else, as your imagination dictates.

Sausage and cheese house

Never before has the process of making crafts been so delicious.

It's a pity that there was no mouse for this sausage and cheese house. That's why the squirrel lives and doesn't bother.

To build a house we needed:

  • two carton boxes(one larger, the other smaller);
  • four jars of baby puree;
  • gouache;
  • adhesive tape;
  • LEDs and wires.

First, dad cut holes for the jars in the lid of the smaller box. Then dad wrapped both boxes with white film, and Sonya painted the jars with gouache. While the jars were drying, dad made small holes in the lids of the jars for the wires, after which he glued the diodes to the lids and soldered the wires.

While dad was setting up the electrics, Sonya and I cut out doors, windows and hearts from self-adhesive film to decorate the house. Once the glow towers were ready, we attached the top of the house to the base (box bigger size), glued the door, windows and hearts.

Hi all! I'm here, you're here. And I know who you are. Are you parents of children? preschool age. And you came to this page to find a suitable craft for kindergarten. Apparently you have been given the task of bringing to kindergarten a craft you made at home with your children. If crafts need to be carried out on a given topic, for example, “Autumn,” then I can immediately redirect you to I know What exactly you are looking for. Do you need a craft that will not require a lot of time and a lot of material (including money), which will not be a shame to show. That is, your simple craft for kindergarten should looks like serious work and not the go-ahead “if you wanted, here you go.” Your goal is to show yourself as a creative parent and manage to get everything done in 1 evening. If so, then you have come to the right site. In this article I divided all the crafts for kindergarten into themes according to the material from which they are made:

  • BULK crafts (from peas, beans, buckwheat, rice, seeds, etc.)
  • Crafts from BOXES (installations, farms, river, forest, jungle)
  • Crafts from disposable PLATES (birds in a nest, fox, shark, stork)
  • Crafts from ROLLS from toilet paper(lion, clown, chicken, owl, dog)
  • Crafts made from corrugated cardboard (giraffe, frog, tiger, monkey, peacock)
  • Crafts from CASSETTES from eggs (chicken, crocodile, rooster, ship, flowerbed)
  • Crafts FLOWERS (from rolls, from paper rosettes, from cardboard, from paper)

The most importanthere there will be only SIMPLE CRAFTS with clear instructions, that is, I will tell you how to do them and how not to do them. Where can you make a mistake, and how to prevent it - so that as a result you get the perfect craft the first time.

Package of ideas No. 1

Bulk crafts for kindergarten.

You have cereal in the house. We open the box and look: brown (buckwheat), white (rice). Gray (oatmeal), light yellow (semolina), yellow (millet), red (lentils), green (peas). Ground coffee, tea leaves, and corn flakes crushed into fine powder are also great. Anything that crumbles is GOOD FOR WORK. Whatever is not enough for a flight of fancy can be purchased in the store. Here are some ideas for bulk quick crafts for kindergarten.

CRAFTS GOOSE (loose applique for kindergarten).

We will need PVA glue, a sheet of paper, cotton wool, corn flakes, pumpkin seeds. Draw the outline of a goose on a piece of paper. To avoid spoiling the background, first draw the goose on a rough drawing. And cut out the silhouette that you like with scissors (like a template) and trace it on the background blue sheet.

Advice - The base for bulk applications must be dense. A sheet from a sketchbook, a piece of whatman paper, or a sheet of colored paper glued to hard cardboard (cut from a pizza box). A blue background can be obtained by painting a sheet of paper with gouache (dilute the blue gouache with water), dip a dish sponge into this liquid and run it back and forth across the sheet - this way you will quickly and evenly tint the sheet with blue.

How to do . Fill the desired part of the craft with glue (for example, paws) and while the PVA glue is liquid, pour a bunch of small crumbs from corn bugs onto it. Let it sit (do not touch it with your fingers, do not move it so that the glue sets). And then we pour the excess onto the table. We repeat this with other materials.

Craft DOVE – how to make it with your own hands from cereals is already clear. Exactly the same process as with the GOOSE applique. You can use white rice, salt, flour (then sprinkle the flour with hairspray so that the craft does not stain your hands).

You can use dry natural material for crafts: scraps of hay, seed wings (as in the HEDGEHOG craft from the photo below). Such seed wings hang on ash trees until winter (and in winter too), in large bunches. I tore off 5 such bunches and here you have a whole bunch of hedgehog needles. Also you can take fir cones and use tongs to tear out all the scales from it - they can also become a prickly coat for a hedgehog.

How to work with large seeds. We glue it with duct tape.

If you feel that large, heavy seeds will not stick to PVA glue, you can use double-sided tape. Now I’ll tell you the whole process using the example of the STORK CRAFTS.

  1. Drawing a stork on a draft sheet full size.
  2. This rough drawing, from the reverse (undrawn) side seal with strips of double-sided tape(we try without lyes).
  3. Further, without removing the protective film from the tape cut out the entire outline of the stork.
  4. We spread glue on the paper side of the taped stork and glue it to the main background of the craft (cardboard the color of the sky).
  5. When the glue dries, we remove the tape film and we get a wonderful sticky surface of the entire stork glued to the cardboard. And now on this stickiness we place the seeds where we need white ones, where we need black ones.
  6. Beak and legs sprinkle with semolina and then color it with a red marker or gouache.
  7. Nest For the craft, we form it from blades of grass, branches, the contents of a pencil sharpener, tea leaves - in short, whatever you can find in the house.

Small beans are perfectly placed on double-sided glue. Remember that the base for the craft must be solid; if your sheet bends, then the beans at the bending site may begin to bounce off. Below we see beautiful and simple works of DOG, OWL and ROOSTER.

It is best to glue the beans with hot glue from a gun.

Such an owl and a dog do not have to be made from beans - white can be obtained from rice groats, yellow from millet or corn flakes, light brown from buckwheat, dark brown from coffee granules. After making the craft, you can protect it by SPLASHING IT WITH HAIR SPRAY.

The rooster will turn out bright if you use it in his crafts red lentils, colored cornflakes, salt sprinkled on a slurry of PVA and gouache desired color. Colored salt sprinkles It turns out like this: we dilute 1-5 drops of colored gouache of the desired color in a tablespoon of PVA - we get colored glue. We spread it on the craft area (on the feather of a rooster) and while the glue is liquid, pour salt (or sugar) onto it; the salt absorbs the paint and dries tightly into a colored salt crust.

Crafts from pine cones

For kindergarten.

You can make a lot of crafts from pine cones on our website in the section on crafts from natural materials, you will find many ideas from pine cones, in this article I want to show you unusual ones (not standard hedgehogs, squirrels and bears) but more delicate creatures of nature - WINGED BIRDS.

CRAFTS for the garden – GOLDEN BIRDS.

We attach the bird's head to the pine cone. The head may be foam ball ik, a plastic ball from a chocolate egg, or if none of this is available, a lump of newspaper covered with plasticine. If you roll the newspaper into a round ball, wrap it with threads (for roundness and strength) and then coat it with plasticine, then we will get a light ball - that is, the main thing in the ball is that it will not be heavy and will not pull the bird down. It’s even better not to crumple the newspaper, but a piece of polyethylene (cling film) - it’s probably lighter in weight.

Plasticine round head coat with PVA glue and place pieces of torn paper on the glue paper napkin, coat it again and put it on again. The head will become smooth white paper and can be painted with gouache in any color.

We cut out the wings from cardboard or flat plastic. We paint the whole bird with gouache, maybe white, then dry it and paint the feathers different shades gouaches.

The hardest part is the wire legs. In theory, you need to drill through the cone, insert a wire into it, and shape the ends of the wire, bend it like splayed fingers. But it can be difficult. Therefore, my advice is MAKE IT SIMPLE - without legs, find a strong branch and place the bird on it (on plasticine, tied by threads, or with glue). Decorate the branch with paper leaves or paper flowers (or popcorn flowers). Yes, popcorn looks great next to paper green leaves - it seems like it's flowering twig. And if you paint the popcorn with white gouache or pink (then sakura will bloom in your hand).

Here are more variations on the theme of birds made from pine cones. Hummingbird bird - the head is made of plasticine, a long toothpick (beak) is stuck into it. We coat the area of the head and beak with PVA glue and place thin pieces of paper napkin on top of the wet glue, covering the top with PVA glue as well and smoothing it with a finger, pressing out the wrinkles of the napkin. You can apply 2-3 layers of napkin (as you wish). Dry and paint with gouache.

Craft SWANS for kindergarten It's easy to do. Cut out a circle from the box, coat it with PVA glue and sprinkle with cereal (rice, semolina, millet - any). We wait for the glue to dry and paint it with gouache (not very wet, so as not to soak the glue).

Cooking swan. You are thinking of making a neck out of plasticine (but then it will be heavy and hang down). To prevent your neck from being heavy, you can do this. We roll a piece of paper (or cellophane) into a tube or flagellum. We bend this tube in the manner of a swan neck and wrap it with threads to fix this bend. Coat with plasticine. We attach the neck to the bump. Good way fastening is to stick a pin or nail into the cone and place the neck on this rod.

Now we decorate the neck- Apply PVA glue to the plasticine and place pieces of torn paper napkin on the glue. We smooth the napkin with a wet brush with glue, put another layer of napkin until there is a smooth surface of the swan neck. We paint both the bump and the neck white.

And if you have light airy plasticine, then you can mold the entire neck from it and then there will be less fuss with paper, threads, and plasticine.

Craft EAGLE from scales from pine cones.

We take a cone, ordinary pincers and peel the cone with pincers - that is, we pull out the scales from it. We collect a bowl of scales - this will be the lining of our eagle.

Now we need to make an EAGLE FIGURINE, which we will cover with scales. It can be made entirely from plasticine (if you have a lot of plasticine) or first crumple an oval from newspaper, wrap it with thread and then coat it with plasticine. That is, you will need less plasticine.

The figurine must be secured to some kind of BASE. It could be a stone, a piece of wood, a driftwood, or if you are very far from nature, you can make an artificial driftwood. We take a bottle of yogurt, pour sand inside (so that it is heavy) and coat it with plasticine, on top with PVA glue and pieces of newspaper or toilet paper; the shape of the driftwood will depend on the thickness of the layers of paper. We dry it, paint it with gouache - there is a heavy piece of driftwood - now we put a plasticine figurine of an eagle on it.

Now we will cover the eagle with feather scales. We start from the tail and up to the neck - we lay it like tiles. It's best to use hot thermal glue from a gun. Possible at epoxy resin, you can do something else... We cover the head starting from the beak and down to the neck. AS AN OPTION, you can cover your head with white paper scales, or seed shells, or white rice. Taste according to your taste.

Using the same technique you can make this one bird CRANE. If you paint it in pink color and change the bend of the neck, then the crane will become a flamingo.

USING THE SAME TECHNIQUE for gluing a three-dimensional figure is also done OWL craft. It’s probably already more complicated - but maybe you can do it quickly. Take on the work that you believe will succeed.

If crafts for kindergarten are not in a hurry, then you can divide the work into 2-3 days. This way you won't have time to get tired and you can even make it with your own hands complex crafts. When I made Santa Claus, I also divided the work into 3 days. One evening I crumpled up some newspaper and covered it with plasticine. On the second day, I made a relief of the face and a relief of Santa Claus's fur coat from a paper napkin soaked in PVA glue. On the third day I painted everything with gouache. And it turns out that not a single day did I have time to get tired or freak out.

Crafts from paper rosettes.

The hardware section of the store sells paper cupcake sockets. If you are a cooking mom, then you have these things in your home. Here's a quick and easy way to turn cupcake liners into an awesome craft for your kindergarten classroom.

By the way, the molds can be perfectly painted with gouache or watercolor in any color. And at the same time they do not get wet and do not lose their corrugated shape. Therefore, you yourself can create the colors of the molds you need, according to the plan of your craft for kindergarten.

Here is an OWL craft on a branch. The base of the body is a cardboard roll. Take a piece of cardboard (half an A4 sheet) and roll it into a wide tube (we fasten it with staples or tape). We bend the upper bell of the pipe from the front edge and from the rear edge. That is, we press with our fingers on the edges of the cardboard tube and this edge in front is bent towards the inside of the tube. We do the same from behind. And then along the edge of the cardboard tube - the corners of the bend stick out on the left and right - OWL EARS.

Now we cut the paper rosette for the cupcake into three parts (namely the relief layer) and glue it onto the belly of the future owl - like a three-layer skirt. Cut out the top Round eyes, draw the pupils with a marker (or cut out the pupils from black paper). We cut out the wings and glue them to the back of the back.

You can make a corrugated fold from a regular PAPER FAN. And also use it in a craft with owls. Or you can make a FISH craft from a paper fan. Hang them on strings on a branch. Paint the branch white (white sea coral) or red (alpha coral).

The fan fold is easy to do. We fold the A4 sheet like an accordion - vertically (so that it is long and thin). Then we fold this thin fan in half (we bend it in the middle) and as a result we get the shape of a fish. From the bend we insert fins and a fan tail from a tiny piece of paper.

FROM CORRUGATED CARDBOARD.

In the stationery departments of the store they sell colored corrugated cardboard for children's crafts. You didn’t buy it before because you didn’t really understand what to make of it. Now you have some great ideas for making quick and easy crafts. All you need to do is cut a sheet of such ribbed cardboard into strips. And then wrap these strips into rolls, alternating colors if necessary.

This way you get a lot of voluminous, plump crafts. Beautiful and bright. Which you are not ashamed to bring to kindergarten.

You can make various flat crafts using a technique similar to quilling from this thick, rough material - and the crafts will turn out to be large and weighty. Here is an example of a PEACOCK craft in the photo below.

You can also take ordinary PACKAGING GRAY CORRUPTED CARDBOARD - a TV box, for example. And make beautiful large crafts out of it. Then paint them with gouache and you will get an interesting team of animals or dinosaurs. You can make a whole small farm. With a fence and lawns.

Plant trees around, arrange bushes and create flower beds. We make bases for the silhouettes of trees and bushes from toilet paper rolls. Cutting it with scissors to the height we need.

Let’s immediately see what can be made from toilet paper rolls.

FROM ROLLS.

Here is a UNICORN craft from a roll. It's easy to do. In the upper part of the roll we cut a SLIT with scissors and insert the silhouette of a unicorn’s neck into it. On the back of the butt we also make a cut and insert the silhouette of the tail there. We cut out the legs from another roll - like two arcs. And we glue these arcs down under the tummy of the magic horse.

The tree is made simply - the roll is cut into a triangle along the facade. It has a slot on the sides - into this slot we insert the silhouette of a tree crown made of green cardboard. It's simple. We paint the roll in brown gouache.

At the bottom of the pizza box we create grass, a stream, on the folded pizza lid we draw a landscape - mountains, hills, sky, sun. In this decoration we place a unicorn, a tree and other things that you come up with yourself. Use your imagination - there is a lot of space.

Here is a simple and quick OWL craft made from a roll and cardboard. As we can clearly see in the photo below, there is a gap in the roll on both sides. We thread the silhouette of an owl (head + wings) into this slot. Next we decorate everything with eyes, feathers and paws. The design of your decor can be anything - you don’t have to copy this craft. Make it cooler. Cut beautiful paper feathers.

Here's a clown in a hat. On both sides of it are pom-poms made of yellow and red threads. I have already told you how to quickly make a pompom from a fork and thread.

If you put the roll horizontally, you can make other crafts for kindergarten. Chicken in the nest. The principle is the same - cut slits into the rolls, insert the silhouettes of the neck and tail. Place the wings on the side with glue.

Here a toilet paper roll serves as a body lion We roll up a smaller roll from another cardboard - this will be the volume of the head. Now we do this. We glue a flat silhouette of a lion's mane onto the stomach and glue a roll-head onto the mane. We attach the ears on top (a paper oval, folded in half, one half of the oval was smeared with glue and applied to the head, the other half of the oval sticks up - like an ear).

We glue the tail at the bottom of the roll from the inside. We glue the paws under the lion's tummy. I'm quick and a simple DIY craft for kindergarten.

Here's a craft I really like DOG IN THE BOOTH. You will be the coolest in kindergarten if you bring such beauty to the exhibition.

How to make a dog. Cut out the silhouette of the butt from cardboard (just half an oval, with an oval slot between the legs). Cut out the same silhouette for the front. And cut out the round heads. And we cut out two ears, eyes, and the nose of the muzzle from paper.

We glue the back and front onto the roll on both sides. TO KEEP IT UP, WE DO THIS– we put the crumpled newspaper into the roll so that it is flush with the hole. That is, in a roll of newspaper inside, it sticks out on both sides of the roll and it is convenient to smear it with glue and press the silhouettes of the dog’s butt and front.

Next, we glue the ears, eyes, nose part onto the silhouette of the head - and place the finished head on the front chest. You can, if desired, make a spacer between the chest and head from a thick piece of cardboard - this way our head will be slightly raised above the neck - torn off from the chest, creating a 3D effect.

DOG HOUSE we make it from a milk or juice box. We cut a hole (in the form of an arch. We sharpen the upper part of the box - in the shape of a triangle in front and behind (that is, we create a triangular facade on which the roof can be placed). And we cut out a rectangle of cardboard with a width as the side of the box and a length as the sum of two slopes roof (plus a reserve for the cornice). And glue the roof onto the box-booth. Cover the box with gouache.

Secret - if the box is glossy, then the gouache will roll off it and slide. Therefore, before painting, the box can be covered with a paper napkin using PVA glue. And on such a basis the gouache will lie better. After the gouache has dried, we always spray it with HAIR SPRAY to fix the color and it won’t stain your hands.

There is also a secret. If you want to paint something slippery with gouache, then you need to drop liquid soap into the paint. This way the gouache will adhere better and not form droplets on the glossy cardboard.

CASSETTES for eggs.

If you buy eggs in cartons at the store, then you are in luck. You have an excellent base at home for creating a good large craft. This is no longer some small fry - this is a real big bright thing made with your own hands. It will look great on display in a kindergarten. Here are some ideas for such a bright craft for kindergarten.

Rooster and hen - cardboard, colored paper, glue and gouache. Everything is simple and quick to do with your own hands. There’s no need to even explain anything here. Everything is clear. Easy job.

By the way, for such a craft hen with chicks you can use a regular white rubber glove, inflate and tie stronger thread. And it’s even better not to inflate it, but fill it with starch or flour, or semolina - and tie it. This way you won’t have to worry about air escaping from the glove.

Chickens are simply made with your own hands. We crumple 2 balls from the newspaper - a larger one (body) and a smaller one (head). We cover the lumps with PVA glue and paste them with a white paper napkin (or toilet paper), cover them again and paste them with pieces of the napkin. We coat them again, smooth them with our fingers, and let them sit for the glue to dry. Paint the top with yellow gouache. Spray with hairspray to fix the gouache color. Well, then we collect the chicken.

Craft CROCODILE will please the boys. To paint the crocodile evenly, use gouache diluted with water, soak a foam sponge for washing dishes in this green liquid and blot the egg cassette on all sides, thanks to the sponge you will thoroughly saturate all the cracks, bumps and roughnesses with paint.

An egg carton can be turned into a piece of the UNDERWATER WORLD. And if you have sand and shells it will be great. To prevent the craft from spilling sand in your bag, place the sand on the glue. That is, pour PVA glue onto the bottom of the box and immediately sprinkle it with sand, leave it until dry, turn the box over, pouring out the excess sand.

From cassette and colored paper you can make ships with sails, masts and flags.

From PLATES.

An ordinary plastic plate can become the basis for an applique. The plate can be painted with gouache so that the gouache adheres well to the slippery plastic, add liquid soap to it. Or cover the plate with pieces of paper napkin with PVA glue - a layer of glue, a layer of napkin, a layer of glue, a layer of napkin, and a layer of glue on top (then the gouache will go well on the napkin).

Based on a disposable plate, you can make a variety of compositions and panels. For example on spring theme Birds in the nest.

Or at nautical theme fish in the porthole. To create a porthole you need 2 plates. One is intact, the other has a hole instead of a bottom. Glue the plates together with the bottoms up. We apply an applique made of paper and natural material to the bottom of the lower plate. If desired, you can apply transparent cellophane to the second holey plate.

You can cut the bottom of the plate, leaving a little bottom at the edge. Use a hole punch to cut holes along this edge and use threads and beads to make a cheerful tangled web. Such a web can be designed like a bright sun. Or like a black web with a spider. I told you how to make spiders in the article.

On the theme of sunshine and rainbows, you can make something like this for the garden bright craft with your own hands. Simple and beautiful. You don't even have to buy colored paper and paint strips of white paper yourself in the colors of the rainbow with bright gouache in many layers. Then SPRAY with HAIR SPRAY - and the gouache color will shine with a bright and thick shade.

You can also make a craft-installation on any theme based on the plate. Below is the topic SEA HOLIDAYS. A craft that will delight both you and the kindergarten teacher with its spa atmosphere.

And if you cut the plate into pieces, you can make many more interesting craft options. Here is the DOVE that carries the branch of peace.

Here is a cunning little fox sister. We paint the plate with gouache (according to the rules described above). Half of the plate is the body. And we cut the other half to extract other parts - head, tail, legs, ears.

You can add elements of cardboard or thick paper for drawing to the edges of the plate. Such parts are attached to staples with a stapler or to punctures with a needle and thread or to double-sided tape. Hot glue from a gun is not necessary, it melts the plate.

From BOXES.

Everyone has boxes at home. Large (from shoes) or not very large (from juice and milk) or smaller (from tea, cookies, cream). These unnecessary things can become the basis for beautiful crafts PONY RAINBOW UNICORN.

  1. We wrap the boxes with white paper. We take a pencil in our hands, draw a nose with nostrils, an eye with eyelashes. We take gouache and paint it.
  2. From colored paper we make ears, a rainbow tail and a cone horn. We make legs from toilet paper rolls.
  3. Collecting a beautiful rainbow unicorn pony. We glue the cone (we cut the edge of the cone onto the fringe, bend the fringe inside the cone - smear the horse's head with glue and apply the cone to this sticky place. In the box at the back (on the butt) we make a slot with a knife and insert the rainbow tail feathers there.
  4. How to glue a pony leg. We stuff crumpled newspaper into the leg rolls. We spread the newspaper sticking out of the roll with glue and glue all the legs to the pony’s tummy.

Craft SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS – also made on the basis of a box. The eyes are a foam ball cut in half with a knife. Everything else is paper, cardboard and maybe formium (sheet material foamed like a sponge).

And if take a larger box and open it, remove the lid - then we will get a small theater stage on which we can place any decorations for fun game. It could be an ocean with fish, waves and shells.

This could be a penguin base on ice floes made of thick layers of polystyrene foam (insulation from a box with mom’s boots).

You can take just the bottom of a box or the lid of a box and set up a small farm there, especially if you already have pet figurines. This will be a beautiful large craft for kindergarten.

Or you can make a small yard with a fence for animals made with your own hands from paper and cotton wool. How to make a box and a sheep out of cardboard was shown a little higher - also a good option for our farm with our own hands.

If you don't have any pets in your toy collection, but you do have an abundance of wild or tropical species of herbivores and carnivores, then you can make a different habitat. Jungle or savannah craft.

And if there are no toy animals at all, then you can make cozy ones without them. courtyard houses.

That's just beautiful volumetric craft with a house, a yard, a fence, trees and bushes. The relief texture of corrugated cardboard allows you to create an imitation of a tiled roof, a log wall of a house and a plank fence surrounding the yard.

The lines of the bush are attached to the bottom of the box with glue - the lower part of the bush is bent to the side, smeared with glue and pressed to the bottom of the box. And so, row by row, we glue all the layers of the bush or flower bed.

The flower bed is made up of pieces of gray cardboard onto which a scattering of colored paper flowers have been glued. Each scattering of its own color is on a separate cardboard. And you get a voluminous flower bed with rows of flowers. The first rows are low, the back rows are high - this creates volume in the flowerbed and all the flowers are visible, looking out from each other.

Crafts FLOWERS

for kindergarten

A craft in the form of a bouquet of flowers made by yourself always looks good. There can be a lot of options here.

OPTION WITH AIR PLASTICINE. If you have air light plasticine, then you can make this craft. From hard cardboard we cut hearts of two colors (light blue and dark blue) - spray them with hairspray and sprinkle glitter on the varnish. Roll a round ball out of airy plasticine. We stick heart-shaped petals into it (with the sharp nose into the pulp of the heart-shaped flower). At the bottom we stick a cocktail tube - it can be wrapped in green paper or coated with green plasticine to match the color of the flower stem.

OPTION WITH FOAM RUBBER. You can make the center of the flower from foam rubber. Then we glue the petals onto a round piece of cardboard, and attach the cocktail shelf there (with glue or thread with a needle, piercing the stick and cardboard in two places, like sewing on a button). And on top of the center of the flower we place a round piece of foam sponge.

How to make flowers - TULIPS IN AN ACCORDINARY

  • You need to fold a sheet of paper like an accordion like a fan.
  • Then unfold the accordion, level it on the table and put the tulip template on it, trace it with a pencil and cut it out.
  • Bend the accordion along the same lines again.
  • Use a hole puncher to make a hole (or scissors) and insert a cocktail straw into it.
  • We stick the flowers into a container (box) with sand. On top we decorate the sandy surface with beautiful pebbles.

You can stick a bouquet of flowers into a vase with salt with your own hands. You can take salt colored sea water for the bath. Or paint it yourself with gouache and rub it with your hands so that the paint is distributed over all the salt grains.

Sami TWISTED FLOWERS are done simply. We cut a strip of paper into a wide fringe and twist it onto a skewer. Or we make the fringe spin by scraping it with the blade of scissors. The leaves are also a strip of paper jagged with long teeth along its edge.

Toilet paper rolls can also turn into craft - narcissus . On one side, cut the paper roll into sharp teeth. On the other back side, the roll is cut into fringes (strips), which we bend inside the roll so that they are the legs on which glue can be applied and glued to the silhouette yellow flower from cardboard.

And here are the crafts TULIPS which stand on long wooden skewers. The master class below shows everything. To create one bud you need to cut out 4 identical tulip silhouettes. Fold each silhouette in half vertically. We glue each half between adjacent halves - just like we glued the pages of a diary with a deuce. We insert a skewer inside the gluing.

But here's a whole one BOUQUET OF FLOWERS,craft from an egg carton on a wire. We need wire for crafts that bends easily.

The bouquet does not have to be so large - you can make a few flowers using this technique.

All we need is a cardboard egg carton. We cut out deep cells from it. We cut each cell into rays. We round each ray. We stick a wire into the middle in 2 places like a button.

We twist the wire legs in a twist. All that remains is to paint the flower with gouache and glue the paper stamen into it to hide the web. A simple and beautiful craft for kindergarten.

These are the ideas for crafts for kindergarten that you found today on the “Family Heap” website.

Now you know for sure that you can do a lot beautiful crafts do it yourself in one day. And at the same time you will only get pleasure. Because all the steps are CLEAR AND SIMPLE.
