For maximum therapeutic effect, Genumedi should be used throughout the day, including during exercise. Please note that the brace may limit knee flexion to 70° when seated at rest. During long periods of lying down or sitting (sleeping, traveling in a car, prolonged sedentary work, etc.), the bandage should be removed.
