Entertainment for the family company for the new year. How to celebrate the New Year with your family

Very soon a magical holiday - the New Year and I decided to find an interesting new year script for our family. As usual, this holiday was rather boring for us. Basically it was a feast and gifts.

I re-read many New Year's scenarios for children and adults and chose the most fun and interesting contests that can really be held at home. I share them with you.

Preparing for New Year's Eve

1. We decorate the room with snowflakes, balls, garlands, rain. A mandatory attribute is a Christmas tree with lights and Christmas decorations.

2. For men, you can make red caps or funny noses with an elastic band, and women can be decorated with rain, blue hats. Children can be dressed in New Year's costumes. It would be very nice if one of the guests dressed up as Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden.

3. Hang a piece of paper with a marker in the hallway so that each guest can draw what he would like to have in the New Year. Believe me, these drawings will definitely help you achieve what you want. Let the children also take part in this art.

4. Prepare a wish box. Each guest will write their wish on a piece of paper and put it in this box. For example, “in the coming year I will become the manager of the company”, “I will go to a fitness club” and more. Dreaming is a pleasant thing ... Children can draw their desires. Then this casket will need to be sealed and handed over to the one who will keep it for a whole year and the next year will open it and read out what they wished, and who had their wishes fulfilled.

5. For competitions and games, prepare: souvenirs for winners in competitions, small bags, a marker, adhesive tape, pens for all guests, felt-tip pens, puzzle cards, snowflakes or circles, drawing paper with drawings of Santa Claus, Snowman and Snow Maiden and their plasticine noses or paper, bags of clothes, balloons, rope with prizes, scissors, Christmas items. a hat, a bag with numbers, a sheet with questions and answers, pieces of paper with the names of characters from a movie or a fairy tale, pieces of paper, a bottle and a cheerful mood :-).

Contests and games for the New Year for children

1. Snowflakes
Cut out about 50 pieces of snowflakes (circles are possible) and scatter them on the floor, and give each child a bag. To the New Year's music, arrange snow collection for the Snow Maiden and Santa Claus. The winner is the one who has the most Christmas snowflakes.

2. Gifts on a rope
Pull the rope and hang different prizes on the strings (sweets, toys, etc.). If the children know how to use scissors, then let them cut off the gifts, if not, let them cut them off. The one who collects the most prizes wins.
Instead of a rope, you can use a Christmas tree.

3. The most dexterous
Arrange various New Year's items on the floor (there should be not as many as children, but one less). All children walk in a circle to the music, when the music stops, everyone must grab any object. Whoever did not get anything, he leaves the game for a while. The number of items decreases each time by one. The smartest one wins.

4. Decorate the Christmas tree
Children are given leaflets with a painted Christmas tree. They must draw as many New Year's toys as possible in a certain time. You can compete not for time, but for the quality of the work performed.

5. Guess the object
The child is blindfolded and given any New Year items. He needs to feel by touch to determine what kind of object it is. You can arrange a competition - who guessed the most items.

6. Children's disco
Make a selection of children's Christmas songs. Children themselves can dance, but not for long. So I picked up a few dance games.

1) a dancer in a hat;
The host takes a hat (the headdress of Santa Claus is best) and announces the rules of the game: the one on whom he puts the hat on dances, and the rest just clap their hands. So the host puts this hat on one or the other baby. And you can wear it to adults ... >

2) animal dance;
The host invites children to dance like elephants, bears, bunnies, horses, chanterelles, butterflies, toads, etc. You can distribute masks of these animals to children. That will be much more fun.

3) dance with a task;
Everyone is dancing, and when the music stops, a certain action must be performed. For example, shout “Happy New Year!”, sit down, run up to the Christmas tree ... Whoever completes the task first, wins.

4) elimination dance.
All the children dance and at the same time pass each other some New Year's item. The host turns off the music and the one who has this item in his hands at that moment is out. The winner is the one who is the last to remain on the dance floor.

6. Different Christmas trees
The host tells that different Christmas trees grow in the forest, both low, and wide, and high, and thin, and suggests playing a game for attention.
The facilitator explains the rules of the game:
If I say;
"high" - raise your hands up;
"low" - lower your hands and sit down;
"wide" - spread your arms as wide as possible;
"thin" - bring your hands together as narrowly as possible.
The host plays with the children, trying to confuse them.

7. Christmas puzzles
Find any old Christmas cards (or download from the Internet) and cut them into several pieces (the older the child, the more pieces you get). Have the children put these fun pictures together.

Contests for the New Year for adults

1. What kind of company we are
The facilitator has a list of funny questions and a list of answers to them. Throw numbers from 1 to 20 into the bag and ask your guests to draw one number for themselves. Then the facilitator reads the questions and deciphers all the answers, depending on which number each participant pulled out. Let the children draw the number too. It will be very funny!
See the list of questions and answers at the end of the article.

2. Fun dress up
2 couples participate in this competition. Each couple chooses pre-prepared bags of clothes. All participants are blindfolded. On command, one of the pair dresses the other by touch. The winner is the couple that will dress faster and better than the others. It will be fun if 2 men in a couple choose a package with women's clothing!

3. Inflate balloons
This contest is for dads or moms with kids. Place a bag of balloons in the middle of the room. Dads or moms sit around the perimeter, and the children, in the course of inflating balloons, bring them new balloons. The participant who inflates the most balloons wins.

4. Air snowmen
This competition is again for parents with children. You will need balloons that all the participants of the last competition inflated, markers and adhesive tape. Participants must make a snowman out of balls. Children will give balloons to their parents and color the resulting New Year's hero with a marker. Don't forget to turn on fun music!

5. Funny noses
On a piece of drawing paper, draw a Snow Maiden, Santa Claus and a Snowman, but without a nose. Blind noses from plasticine or cut out cardboard noses and ask the participants of the competition to attach the nose to our fairy-tale heroes in turn with their eyes closed. Ask the children to play this game. Just don't help, let them express themselves!

6. Heroes from the movie (fairy tales)
Print or write on pieces of paper the names of characters from a movie or fairy tale, put them in a bag and let everyone pull out one piece of paper. Each participant must portray their hero.

7. Songs about winter
The guests take turns calling the names of songs about winter and winter holidays. The one with the richest repertoire wins.

8. Take action
Each guest is given a small piece of paper on which they must write any action. For example, “dance the dance of little ducklings”, “sing a song” and so on. Then all these pieces of paper are rolled up and put into any bottle. Everyone sits in a circle and starts playing spin the bottle, but the rules here are as follows: whoever shows the neck of the bottle, he takes out only one note, reads everything that is written there and performs the action. The whole point is that the participant may get his own piece of paper, so you need to be careful when coming up with an action.

That's all. We played enough ... It's time to call Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden. It would be nice if someone could change clothes, at least in Santa Claus. It would be great.

So our Grandfather Frost will listen to poems and songs performed by children and, of course, give them gifts. If there is no such possibility - to “invite” Santa Claus, then promise the children that he will come at night and will definitely leave gifts for them under the Christmas tree. After all, they played so wonderfully ...

The game "What kind of company are we"

As promised above, I share with you a fun game for adults at the table "What kind of company are we." This game can be played during various holidays. Great fun and uplifting.

Prepare a bag with numbers from 1 to 20 in advance and print out a list of questions and answers to them.

Tell the guests that you are in the role of a fortune teller today. Start asking the questions below and invite each of the guests to draw one number from the bag. Read each answer to the question encrypted under each number.

I hope you find this fun New Year's Eve scenario for the family useful with contests for children and adults. Let your New Year's holiday be unforgettable and give you a lot of pleasant impressions!
With coming!

I remembered these games and came up with for our family New Year. Some of them have been tested before, some we will experience for the first time in nine days.

Memories. Each participant recalls and writes down the most important events of the outgoing year. If there are several couples at the holiday, you can compete in which pair will have more matches. In one family, it is simply interesting to compare these lists, who remembered and highlighted what. And if you have a large family (from 6 people) - you can accrue as many points for each event as people remember about it. And determine the winner by the sum.

Secret Santa Claus. You can start playing from the morning of December 31 or even a few days before the New Year. By drawing lots, each participant receives the name of another participant (in case his own name came across, a retake is required). And you need to try to make this person surprises and something pleasant. But so that he does not immediately figure you out. At midnight, you can discuss who noticed what, who guessed who did not. But the main thing in this game is not the result, but the feeling of miracles and celebration, which certainly arises in the process. Therefore, even the three of us can play it (we are going to).

Present. You need to prepare small prizes (sweets, stationery, household items - something funny and insignificant is better) and write their names on the cards. Participants take turns pulling out a card and pantomime showing their item to the rest of the guests. Who guessed it - receives an item as a gift (“it is better to redeem” the cards after the end of the draw). If the participants are of different ages, you can exclude those who have already received prizes from the further draw, or simply give the children a head start in time.

New Year's him. The first participant says: “January 1”. Each next player, in turn, names a new date, following the rule that you can increase the number of the month by one, two or three, or the month by one. That is, the next player can say “January 2”, “January 3”, “January 4”, or “February 1”. The winner is the participant who, on his turn, says: “December 31”.

Board game. It is very easy to collect tasks and gifts in a board game. Here's a game we made a few years ago.

Snowball. A famous game in which children with good memory beat adults. The first participant says: “In Santa Claus’s bag ...” (and names any toy, or maybe something funny). Each next participant must list all the items that other participants named before him and add something of his own. They play until everyone says something (and at the end you can try to draw this wonderful bag) or until everyone is completely confused.

Looking for surprises. There are a lot of little surprises to be prepared. This is not so difficult, because candies, nuts, cookies, stickers, beautiful beads, bells and just good predictions will do. It is much more difficult to wrap each of these prizes separately (it is better to wrap all the prizes in the same paper). After that, the presenter, for example, at the moment when everyone goes outside to set off fireworks, places the bundles in prominent places. Those who will search must be warned that they should not climb into cabinets and drawers, all bundles can be seen simply with their eyes, without moving anything. On a signal, all participants go in search. It is better to leave a few bundles with the leader in case someone is upset that he found few surprises.

In the autumn we played several times in “waving without looking”. It seems to be a good New Year's game - for exchanging small gifts or sweets.

From pre-frozen ice cubes, you can build fortresses, put candles in the center and enjoy the magical spectacle. And if you forgot to freeze the ice, try making a building out of lump sugar.

Lottery plans. Many plans for the New Year and do not know what to do first? Make a numbered list of things you need to do (sort out the rack, sort out clothes), interesting (go to the Paleontological Museum, finish drawing your board game), pleasant (arrange a day of doing nothing). It is better to make a common list of joint tasks for the whole family. But you can make individual lists to include personal projects. And after that, each participant rolls the dice and determines what to do (for everyone or for him personally) in the first week of the new year.

It is very good for the whole family to dream and make plans for the new year.

Memories with numbers. Try to remember all the events of the outgoing year related to numbers and dial these numbers in the amount of 365. For example, you can add up three fallen teeth from your son, second place in a competition from your daughter, 16 birthday gifts for children, 20 thousand awards, 5 wonderful films , 3 favorite books that have appeared, 1 new flower pot on the window, a newborn nephew, 16 wonderful days of traveling ... There are many memories, but it’s not so easy to get the right number (and if it’s simple, try counting 2014).

Snowmen. It seems to me right to prepare the New Year's table with the whole family, with joy and ideas. And at one time I was very inspired by this master class - a great idea for a New Year's breakfast.

For most people in our country, the New Year is a family holiday. Therefore, it is traditionally held at home or visiting relatives. So that the celebration does not turn into a banal feast, it is important not only to feed the guests deliciously, but also to entertain them well.

Competitions for the New Year in the family circle are an interesting and very exciting event. Contests will help diversify the holiday and distract everyone from the TV. It is New Year's competitions in the family circle that are ways to make the holiday unforgettable.

And if you have children, then you can spend New Year's Eve on, which will entertain both children and adults.

Competition "Elephant"

Perfect for a large and close company. This competition requires one presenter, who must secretly name an animal for each player. All participants, having received the name of the animal, stand in a circle and hold hands. The host takes turns calling the animal. The one who was named should sit down sharply. The essence of this competition-raffle is that the host calls each player the same animal - an elephant calf. They won’t be able to sit down together, but they won’t be able to stay on their feet either: you can’t tear your hands apart. It will turn out to be a fun and funny raffle contest that always evokes positive emotions, laughter and a smile from the players.

To find out how to have fun in the New Year in the family circle, it is enough to prepare several contests for relatives and friends. During this New Year's game, participants must quickly melt ice cubes from the freezer in their hands. The one who does it faster wins. The game is not very suitable for small children. In order for all participants to be able to warm up quickly, it is necessary to prepare containers with warm water in advance.

Competition "Announcements"

For this New Year's competition, preliminary preparation is required. We'll have to start making special cards. On each you need to write objects (glove, blotter, machine gun, country name). Participants of the competition dismantle the cards and must make an announcement. The text must include the word from the card. The winner will be the author of the most interesting and unexpected announcement. Explain to the guests that the competition must be approached creatively.

Perfect for a large company with many children. There are two teams participating in the competition. One person from the team becomes a Christmas tree, and other team members must decorate this Christmas tree for speed. As decorations, prepare a toy and tinsel in advance. To secure all the items on the Christmas tree, clothespins are suitable.

Competition "Wardrobe with clothes"

The scenario of the New Year in the family is not only numerous gifts and a delicious feast. Surprise your loved ones by offering them such a contest. It is necessary to divide the players into pairs, prepare a set of clothes for each pair in advance. In a pair, a person is selected who is blindfolded. He must take out the clothes prepared for a particular couple from the bag and dress his teammate by touch. The winner will be the pair that completes the task faster and better. To make this New Year's contest even more fun and funny, prepare some unusual and funny outfits for each couple.

The scenario for the New Year in the family circle does not have to be stunning, like the scenario of a Hollywood movie. The main thing is to approach the preparation with all your heart. This competition will help cheer the whole company. Give each participant a lot of newspapers. Now, on command, you need to start sculpting a round snowball from newspapers. The host marks one minute, and the winner is the participant who, after the time has elapsed, makes the biggest snowball from the newspaper. When you go for a walk outside, you can repeat the competition, only making snowballs from the real New Year's snow.

Competition "Secret Name"

This New Year's competition is good because it can entertain the whole family and guests throughout the festive New Year's Eve. At the very beginning of the evening, each guest must attach a card with the name of a plant, animal or object on their back. Everyone will be able to see the person's new name, except for the person himself. Of course, during the evening someone may try to guess their New Year's name. To do this, he can ask leading questions, but in no case peep! Other participants can only answer “yes” or “no” to questions. The winner of the contest is the one who guesses their name first. That player is eliminated, but play continues until the last name guessed.

The competition is suitable for a company that includes people of all ages. This competition is for attentiveness and memory. The facilitator divides the participants into two teams. The first team must remember what is hanging on the tree and in what order. Then the host asks the team to leave the room and takes off some kind of toy, something on the Christmas tree is swapped. The returning team should notice all the changes. The same is done with the second command. Don't forget to count your points. The winner is the team that guessed the most changes during the whole game.

Competitions for the New Year in the family circle are a great vacation and fun time together. Make the holiday memorable, bright and intriguing!
And you can also have a good time watching in the circle of your closest people.
Happy New Year!

An entertainment program (SHOW) for the New Year with the use of original contests is carried out by experienced presenters and beginners. In stock, each leading holiday should have a fresh scenario for the New Year 2020 with a sufficient number of contests and games that will captivate guests.

For each competition, pairs or teams are usually made up for competitions. Then the guests have fun and gradually become liberated.

If the guests arrived early

Designing a New Year's newspaper is a great way to entertain early-arriving guests. It cheers up and can distract early guests who interfere with finishing touches (fill Olivier with mayonnaise).

It is optimal to offer them a pencil for entertainment.

And you can also hold a competition: who can guess all the newspaper tasks faster. After all, the newspaper has crosswords, tasks for erudition, quizzes. It is worth giving the winner a prize.

At the beginning of the program, there are usually outdoor games.

It is better to spend mobile entertainment in the first half of the evening. And for creative games, any time is suitable.
It is appropriate for competitions to prepare prizes - simple, small and inexpensive. If one of the players will win all the prizes, then it is necessary to reward the players who took second places.
This option is also available: put it under the tree, and the winner will choose.

The best contests for the New Year's corporate party

New Year's corporate party is a good opportunity to have fun with colleagues. Employees - this sounds dry and ordinary, but at a common holiday you can get to know each other better and learn a lot about the people with whom you are engaged in a common business. With 2019 just around the corner, now is the perfect time to prepare for the upcoming holiday. Fun is always good, and a prepared and planned event is a double celebration, because there is not a second left for boredom!

Contests are the companions of any corporate party. With their help, you can entertain people of any age, unite into teams those who occupy different levels in the service hierarchy, unite and rally the team. But for the idea to succeed, you need to choose the right contests - witty and funny.

Competition "Special task"

This competition requires advance preparation. You will need balloons and paper. On small pieces of paper, you need to write various tasks - for example, “sing a song”, “depict an ostrich”, “eat a lemon”. Put one note in each of the balloons and inflate them. Each of those present must choose a ball, and complete the task from the note.

Competition "Ice Cube"

For the Ice Cube contest, you will need several ice cubes of the same size. If the company is small, those present are divided into two groups, if there are many people - into three or more. After the start of the game, each group is given one ice cube. The task of the group is to melt the ice cube as quickly as possible. But in what ways to do this - the participants of each of the teams decide independently.

Contest "Mysterious Person"

Everyone present is divided into two teams. First you need to prepare a bag in which there are notes with the names and surnames of famous personalities - actors, politicians, singers. The members of each team take turns taking one of the notes out of the bag. The task of the "enemy" is to guess who they are depicting. The winner is the team with the most guessed mysterious personalities.

Competition "Lost bagel"

A small donut = bagel, for example, is hung on a Christmas tree with a rope. The player is blindfolded. His task is to find the lost bagel by touch, and after finding it, eat it. In total, only 60 seconds are given to complete this difficult and dangerous mission.

By the way, in order to start having fun, it is not at all necessary to wait for the end of the New Year's dinner. A competition called:

"Sharp eye"

Its essence lies in the fact that one of those present calls the letter (the letters s, b, b, e, and we exclude). Each of those present at the table must, as soon as possible, find on the table an object whose name begins with this letter. It can be a cutlery, a serving element, an ingredient in a dish, or something else.

Creative chips for leading children's New Year's holidays

1. Making a snowman

Props: Hats, blanks with Velcro

We attach the blanks for the snowman to the canvas. The game is in the key of the relay race: who blinds faster.

2. Restyling Santa Claus and Snow Maiden

Props: glasses, hats, ears, tinsel.

We are divided into two teams: dressing up the Snow Maiden and dressing up Santa Claus. Who will dress up faster. Then we put on a New Year's show

3. "A Christmas tree was born in the forest"

We need a soundtrack: “A Christmas tree was born in the forest” Balagan Limited.

Traditionally we dance and sing to the song "A Christmas tree was born in the forest"

4. Riding a horse

Props: two horses.

I plan to buy horses: the head of a horse on a stick and arrange jumps with obstacles. Year of the Horse, after all

5. Horse racing

Props: "horseshoes", bandage on the mouth, "saddle"

We choose several pairs. One in a pair will be a horse, the other will prepare it for the races. The first step is to equip the horse:

First stage:

shoe a horse (put some shoes on each leg of the horse)
fasten the bridle (put a New Year's cap on your mouth)
attach a saddle (put something similar to a backpack on your back)
to drink (to give the horse water to drink).

Second phase:

We arrange comic relay races between horses, for example, who will overcome a given distance faster by shuttle run.

6. The choice of fairy-tale characters.

Props: wolf, foxes, Santa Claus hat, Snow Maiden hat, snowman, snowflakes, Christmas trees, tiger, etc.

We write the names of the heroes on the sheets in advance: Santa Claus, Snegurochka, Wolf, Fox, etc.
Then everyone draws someone for himself. The host dresses him up. When everyone is dressed up, we arrange a fabulous costumed disco. You can also arrange a dance show of each character. Everyone goes to the center, shows his distinctive movement, everyone else repeats after him.

7. New Year's photo session

Props: cardboard smiles

Photos with different smiles.

8. We decorate the Christmas tree.

Props: tinsel, Christmas decorations, green raincoat.

We divide the guests into two teams. From each team we choose one person - a "herringbone", put on a green cape for him or put on a star rim. All other participants will have to decorate the Christmas tree with toys, a garland, etc. Of course, you can also identify the winner, but the result of all this is funny "Christmas trees" around which you can dance

9. Snowdrifts and snowflakes

This is a mindfulness game for kids.

We are not afraid of frost, we are attentive in everything
I'll say "drifts" - we sit down (squat)
I'll say "icicles" - we get up (raise our hands up)
I'll say "snowflakes" - we're spinning (circling)
"Christmas Trees" - clap your hands (clap)

Who of you is attentive, we will now find out.

10. Freeze

Worn out, but such a favorite game of all. Santa Claus is trying to freeze hands, noses, heels, tummies. Laughter guaranteed!

11. "Let's not let Santa Claus out of the circle"

... and at some point, the Snow Maiden, together with the children, surrounds Santa Claus and does not let him out of the circle, holding hands. Children, together with the Snow Maiden, lower their hands and crouch as soon as Santa Claus tries to get out of the circle.

Entertainment for couples

New Year is the perfect time for couples to take a break from their busy lives. Games are one way to do this. If you and your spouse really enjoy celebrating the new year at home, then this is the time to play various games to renew intimacy, and more.

Love letters

Throughout the year, people are often too busy to stop and think about what their spouse means to them. The New Year can be a great time to reflect on how much you love your husband or wife. Set aside an hour during the evening to write a love letter to your spouse. Think about how this year has gone by, have you learned to appreciate your spouse even more than before. Exchange envelopes or read them aloud to each other.

Resolutions

Resolutions in the New Year, or bad habits and character traits that you want to change in yourself.
Make a list of resolutions you plan to accomplish in the new year and what things you will stop doing that annoy your husband or wife. Read the lists out loud to each other. Also, play a game where you and your partner will make a list of resolutions to each other. Do not take everything personally, and remember: You yourself must not offend your partner.

New Year Quiz

The New Year is a time to remember all the good and happy moments that happened to you last year. Make quizzes for each other about what happened last year. Ask questions out loud. These may be questions about politics or world events, or more personal events that have happened in your family. Make this process an annual tradition.

Wine degustation

Celebrating the New Year quietly at home together is the perfect opportunity to sample something decadent or expensive, like a good bottle of wine. There is a tradition every year where you and your spouse can each buy an expensive bottle and have a blind tasting on each other. Taste your spouse's wine and try to guess the grape variety and price. Ask your spouse to do the same for your wine and you'll see who knows their wine best.

New Year entertainment games for guests

Pioneer.

It is required to install obstacles: children's cubes, books, chairs, etc. It is necessary to make passages, but so that they are zigzag. The participant has fins on his leg, and binoculars in his hands. The player is holding binoculars to zoom out objects, it is necessary to pass by without hitting the objects. The one who did it without mistakes and faster deserves a prize.

Artists competition.

Players receive paper and a pencil (pen, felt-tip pen, etc.). Each of the players must have a sheet of paper with 20 cells. The facilitator announces the list. Players are given the task to draw an object or concept. The winner will be the player who most accurately reproduces the list (to complicate the game, you can increase the intervals from drawing to the announcement of the results, it is permissible to include some other events). Cunning players who write rather than draw should understand that this is a drawing contest, not a calligraphy contest, and therefore the latter should be abandoned. When compiling a list, it is worth taking into account that a cup is easy to draw and easy to remember from a drawing, and tea is more difficult and interesting.

Here is the approximate content of the list of 20 words: chair, dishes, curtain, cream, street, lantern, pharmacy, night, chicken, fruit, library, sheet, physics, wind, stupidity, money, holiday, frost, hat, box.

Game: What's in common?

The host voices 2 words, for example, a knife and a light bulb. Players take turns saying what these items have in common. The player who named the common feature last wins.

Auction.

Players choose a topic and alternately say words on this topic. The player who says the last word wins.

Come up with a function.

The facilitator introduces the subject. Players agree not to name the main function, but can come up with what else the item can be used for.

Dancing on the newspaper.

Newspapers are scattered on the floor. The newspaper is a dance floor for the couple. After half a minute, the newspaper is folded in half. Another half a minute later, the same. The competition continues until there is no couple left who manages not to go beyond their piece of newspaper.

There are a lot of competitions for New Year's corporate parties. And it's good that there is still enough time to prepare for the holiday. If the entertainment is selected and organized correctly, the participants of the holiday will not be bored.
