DIY crafts made from natural materials for schoolchildren. We make crafts from natural materials. DIY crafts made from natural materials: video

Making crafts from natural materials is a good hobby not only for children, but also for adults. Making something beautiful from what you can find literally under your feet is a real miracle. Moreover, despite the simplicity of execution, such crafts often look very impressive and fit into any interior.

Crafts made from natural materials come in different varieties. If production involves working with tools, for example, saws or pruners, the child should not be allowed to do this. However, working with materials like pine cones, twigs or dry leaves for a herbarium is something that is ideal for children.

Eco-style flower vase

  • You will need branches and a regular glass vase.
  • Cover the vase with branches. The branches may be slightly deviated from the vertical position and cross each other.

Apple roses

  • Slice the apples as thinly as you can.
  • Gently boil them in sweet syrup (0.5 liters of water per glass of sugar).
  • Roll the slices like a bud. The caramelized sugar will cause the apple pieces to stick together.
  • Store the resulting craft in a muffin tin. You can simply serve apples as a dessert or decorate a cake with them.

Good afternoon. Today I can finally summarize a large collection of ideas for crafts made from natural materials. We already have a large-format article with crafts made from autumn leaves for children and adults. There is a detailed article on autumn topics. I decided to do wide overview page, which will prove and show that natural material for creativity is not only acorns and chestnuts. You will see with your own eyes and fall in love with all your soul with new fresh ideas for working with natural materials. Crafts made with your own hands, from branches, from leaves, from dried flowers, from everything that is under your feet. Nature is rich in material, and man is rich in beautiful ideas. So, let's see what crafts you can make from natural materials this season.

Package of ideas No. 1

SCALES from cones.

Cones are made up of scales. If you collect open pine cones, it is convenient to pull them out with pincers, pliers, or bite the SCALES with wire cutters. And then use this cone-like natural material as a mosaic covering for a variety of autumn crafts.

Note. So that the cones open well, their scales spread out, they can be heated in the oven.

Here we see mushrooms. Their legs are carved from thick wooden blocks. The hats are made of plasticine and the top of the hats is covered with scales. You get some cute DIY mushrooms. Suitable work for school activities.

But FIR cones have scales flatter and smoother. They look like smoothed feathers of birds. That’s why the idea for a craft comes to mind on a bird theme. We sculpt the body of the bird from plasticine, coat it with PVA glue, put a layer of torn paper napkins on the glue, again with glue, again with napkins - it turns out papier mache shell. We dry this shell until it is completely lignified. And on this hard, dry surface, with hot glue (layer by layer, row by row), we lay a spruce “tile” of feather-scales.

And also The scales of a fir cone are similar to the scaly armor of ancient lizards. So here's another idea for you. After all, this is a great challenge to your artistic potential. It’s not just a bird here—it’s a whole animal that looks as if it were alive. An excellent craft for boys made from natural materials.

Here we act exactly the same as with the bird.– we sculpt the base from plasticine, pack it in several layers of papier-mâché (alternating PVA glue and paper napkins). And then, after this mass has dried into a hard crust, you can paste over the dinosaur figure with spruce scales.

After plucking the cone, the cone BOTTOM remains. It looks like a flower with petals. From such cone flowers you can make a new autumn craft with your own hands - for example, a WREATH. We glue the base for the foam wreath with a chopped pine cone - just use hot glue from a gun.

You can cover such flower cones with bright gouache. To make the color of the gouache richer and shine, I recommend spraying this product with a simple hairspray after drying with gouache. The color will stick and won't stain your hands.

You can make beautiful flowers yourself by selecting the most accurate and even scales of different sizes, and laying them radially from the center. The middle of the flower can be decorated with beads or rhinestones. From such natural material, you can even make brooches in autumn style with your own hands - and wear them with a coat, or pin them on a shawl.

Flowers from cones can not only be collected into craft-wreaths, but also simply laid out on a panel. Place it on a piece of plywood with glue. It will make an excellent craft from natural material for a competition for school or kindergarten.

From whole cones You can also make some great crafts. We add not only natural material to the cones, but also other materials (colored felt, cardboard, rope, plastic, etc.).

Crafts made from natural materials

WALNUTS.

In childhood, we all made boats or caps on plasticine mushrooms from nut shells. But you can go further with your walnut creations. Children will be happy to create mice or birds, and adults with skillful hands and a warm heart can create a whole world from a nut shell... Now you will see it.

In this article I want to introduce you to a very good person. Her name is Marina. A master with an attentive soul.

This is what the account page of this master looks like on the Fair of Masters website.

I really like the works of master Marina from the Fair of Masters website. With her own hands she created amazing, in its sincerity and warmth, the world of kind old women. The walnuts in the place where the flaps join are surprisingly similar to a wrinkled, smiling old woman. All that remains is to add eyes, a nose-bone and wrap everything up with a cotton scarf. And now the cunning old woman looks at you cheerfully.

We make a body from a pine cone, weave the arms from coarse paper packaging twine. We make warm felt boots from felt. Each old woman can be made with her own character. I'll run wild with a wide smile. Or silent, thoughtful, on her own mind.

Old ladies can be both summer and winter.

You can create entire worlds from natural materials in which good old ladies live and work. They themselves will keep their world clean.

And after work, they will gather over a cup of herbal tea to tell stories, make fun of each other and sing songs of their youth.

Master Marina sells her crafts. You can order her works on the master’s personal page - https://www.livemaster.ru/woods. Marina can make you a custom craft for your family and friends.

After all, how nice it is to receive as a gift the World of kind old women, which will always smell like a village CHILDHOOD for you - grandma’s pancakes, a woodpile of firewood by the barn, chickens running around the yard, the heated wood of an old bench near the fence.

Master Marina, I want to give you an idea. In one I talked about another Czech Master who created the world of ACORN PEOPLE - Dubanchikov and wrote a book with stories about them, which he illustrated with emotional scenes made from natural material. The book is published in the Czech Republic, and only in Czech. I think that many children will love our Russian book with good stories about Russian village grandmothers, illustrated by Marina’s works.

After all, it’s a real miracle to create a new world with your own hands from natural material - kind, fairy-tale, REAL. More and more houses, cozy benches, swings, carts, and carts will appear in it.

FAIRY HOUSES.

If you love fairy tales with fairies and magicians, then you will love the world of fairies made from natural materials. You can create cozy houses for fairies with your own hands, set up entire housing complexes for them, with ponds, parks, gardens, swings.

You can bring a man-made miracle to a school competition for crafts made from natural materials. The house where the gnome lives. Parts can be attached to plasticine, staples (from a staple gun), or glue from a hot gun.

Pieces of moss, acorn caps, scales pulled out of a cone with pliers, lichens and dry hard hanging mushrooms taken from trees in the forest. And even pieces of plants torn from indoor flower pots - any natural material will be used to build such a complex but interesting craft. The house will grow and be ennobled with natural design before your eyes.

You can take as a basis thick wooden driftwood, found in the forest. Cut off a convenient piece from it. Buy at a hardware store tinting stain for wood– and paint the wood a noble dark color. Cut from thick cardboard windows, cover them with the same stain. From popsicle sticks put together a real door, decorate a porch. Sculpt a conical roof from plasticine. Break a large pine cone with pincers or pliers on scales and lay tiles from them on the roof of a natural house.

Some elements can be sculpted made from salt dough(a glass of fine salt, a glass of flour + water (add water one spoon at a time and rub with the salted flour with your hands until a single lump similar to plasticine is formed). Roll out the dough - cut into bricks with a knife. Dry - and you will get a lot of building material for the porch , paths, fences, etc. The dough can also be painted with gouache or stain.

But the house is VERY SIMPLE. Now I’ll tell you how to make it with your own hands from the things that surround us.

  1. Take a durable cardboard milk or juice bag. Cutting windows in it will be the future façade of the house.
  2. Buy a small bag of gypsum plaster (or putty), dilute it with water and coat the façade of the house with this mixture.
  3. Dry and cover with whitewash or white gouache (toothpaste at best).
    Make the roof out of cardboard, also apply glue to it and lay tiles from pieces of bark or pine cones. or wood chips.

Applications

And of course, the most common crafts made from natural materials are applications using dry herbarium - herbs, leaves, flowers. We all made chicks or fish in an aquarium from leaves. In a special article, I give many options.

And in this article I want to show a beautiful mosaic technique of laying out dry natural material in the form of a SILHOUETTE PICTURE.

You can find a lot of ready-made silhouette templates on the Internet. If you type the phrase “silhouette of a hare picture” or another animal in the search bar.

The most important thing in such a craft is to achieve recognition - clarity of the silhouette. Therefore, you need to choose a silhouette without small details - protrusions. And if you choose one with detailed protrusions, try to ensure that the small relief detail is made with ONE WHOLE petal (like the bunny’s ears or the protrusions of its paws in the photo above).

If, when laying out the mosaic, the edge of the plant protrudes beyond the border of the silhouette, it needs to be trimmed carefully with scissors (as was done in the photo above with the cat - triangles of its ears are cut out).

Crafts from branches.

You can make beautiful crafts with your own hands from branches of different shapes and curves. Branches are possible just spread out on a white paper background repeating the outlines of a bird or animal. You can do it on paper in advance. draw a silhouette of a bird faint pencil lines. And then select branches that would lie on this drawn silhouette of a bird, repeating the curves of the drawing.

You can make crafts from natural materials secure with glue from a hot glue gun. Or make a photo craft. That is, lay out the twigs and photograph the craft, thereby immortalizing your product made from natural material in the form of a photograph.

You can fix the craft at key nodes of the branch plexus and then attach it to the base (vertical wall or horizontal shelf-stand) at these nodes, as was done in the photo below.

In addition to branches, you can use natural wood chips, pieces of bark, chips and saw cuts from logs, logs, and thick branches in your crafts. This is how the owl crafts from the photo below were implemented. Simple and interesting, made with your own hands - you can safely take it to an exhibition of autumn crafts at school or kindergarten.

The same idea can be realized from different angles and with different materials. For example, in the photo of a horse craft made from natural materials, branches, bark, and driftwood are used.

You can lay out entire mosaics, completely filling the silhouette image with natural material. The direction of the branches should repeat the direction of the details of the drawing. Place the branches in the same directions as the fur pile of the animal, or use the branches to repeat the muscle relief of the animal.

Perhaps this type of crafts made from natural materials will captivate you so much that will turn into a solid hobby with prospects for monetization into a profitable business. Why not make beautiful wooden sculptures for sale for your dacha or estate.

And if you want to use branches to create crafts from natural materials in class at school, then here are simple ideas on how this can be implemented in labor lessons for boys. Everyone is taught cut out with jigsaws plywood figures. In addition to animal figurines, you can put together frames from slats and create beautiful landscape pictures of an autumn forest with mossy branches covered with lichen.

Similar ideas can be implemented in girls' labor lessons - without plywood and a jigsaw - by making a frame from cardboard rolled into a square tube (fold 4 pieces into a frame frame, insert branches into the holes), and cut out animal silhouettes from thick corrugated packaging cardboard from old boxes and paint in gouache, if desired.

Maple and ash seeds.

Dry lobed tree seeds can be very interestingly used in a variety of DIY crafts.

You can make a mosaic craft from this natural material in the shape of a bird (because maple seeds look like feathers). You can lay out a pattern in the form of a butterfly on the glass, and thanks to the transparency of the background, it will seem that it is hovering in the air, as is done in the photo below. Maple seeds take well with watercolors, so your butterfly craft can be all the colors of the rainbow.

At school or kindergarten, you can make very simple children’s crafts from the same natural material with a base on thick cardboard. Maple seeds can be the hairstyle on a drawn human head, they can become the bushy tail of a squirrel, the feathers on the wings of an owl, or the needles on a cardboard hedgehog (as in the photo below).

And maple seeds look like dragonfly wings. Therefore, you can make simple children's crafts in the form of Coleopteran insects. For example, string beads onto a wire (this will be the body) and glue the seeds to the body using glue or plasticine. The wings can be painted with nail polish and sprinkled with glitter. The bulging eyes of a dragonfly can be cast from frozen drops of the same nail polish. The result is a beautiful, quick and simple craft made from natural materials for children.

And this same maple natural material can become the basis for funny GRAPHIC CRAFTS-DRAWINGS with a regular black marker. We paint on the missing details to the snub noses and turn the seeds laid out on a sheet of paper into interesting graphics. These are already crafts for training your imagination - a great idea for a circle on the topic “Learning to think creatively.”

I talked more about this GRAPHIC technique of using natural material in the article

Crafts made from natural materials

STONES.

A simple rubble stone left over from dacha construction, or smooth river and sea stones can become the material for your own natural crafts. The stone itself can tell by its shape who it resembles. And all you have to do is take markers or gouache to bring this image to life.

If you feel like an artist in yourself, you can make complex multi-line drawings – as was done in the case of the owl craft made from stone. Or smooth, thick pebbles can look like clumsy, plump panda bears - and such a craft made from natural material will be feasible for children. First, we cover all the stones with white, dry them, and then with a black marker we draw the black details of the teddy bear on it.

Ordinary felt-tip pens draw very well on stones. After completing the general painting work, details of the drawing need to be given contours(clear boundaries) black felt-tip pen.

You can draw the silhouette of a snail or sheep on the stone yourself. And give the children the task of simply coloring the finished silhouettes, adding them with a pattern of stripes and dots or curls.

You can make a nest from dry grass and wire or other natural material. And put chicks made from stones with your own hands into this craft. Older children can color a complex picture with a chick and an open beak. For younger children, a simpler task in the form of chickens in shells will suit them.

On a piece of plywood or a round cut from a log, you can lay out a whole picture of painted stones and other natural materials. This craft is suitable for an autumn competition for school or kindergarten.

Older girls will enjoy exquisite pictures from the life of a fashionable girl - felt-tip pens, paints, stones and rhinestones.

You can use the mosaic technique to lay out a variety of characters from stones. Attach the stones with glue from a hot glue gun. The stones in the mosaic can be painted with gouache, or have their own natural color.

These can be landscape paintings made from natural materials (sea pebbles, pieces of glass ground with water, shells, etc.).

PORTRAITS.

A very interesting topic for crafts made from natural materials these are portraits. The face in the picture always attracts the eye. You want to look at such a craft for a long time, it has a soul, human eyes that you want to look into and read their thoughts. A portrait is a craft that looks back at you.

You can plant all the details of the portrait from natural material on glue. Or simply fold the portrait like a mosaic on a sheet of cardboard, take a photograph and brush all the details of the masterpiece off the table with your hand. And on the wall in your room there will be a photograph of a disappeared but ever-living portrait.

As an ornamental natural material, you can use stones, dry leaves, cones, seeds, and bark. For drawing thin lines, branches of different trees, straws, blades of grass.

If you work with children, then you can give them an easier task. Print the finished face on a printer. And from natural material into this craft make additions

Good luck with your work.

In order to learn something, it is absolutely not necessary to take courses or study tutorials on your own. All you have to do is attend master classes from specialists or watch training videos where you can learn all the nuances of working with natural materials. The craftsmen will not only give an excursion into the specifics of manufacturing, but also talk about what materials and tools will be needed in the process. There is a separate master class for almost every issue that may raise doubts in a beginner. Here you can see not only the specifics of making crafts, but also learn the secrets of professionals.

To create a wooden box, we first need to make blank stencil. The stencil can be of any shape and size. To do this, we draw a drawing where we indicate the parameters of each detail of the future craft. 4. Now you can safely start gluing parts. Here we use a clamp, since this way the glue will better hold the parts of the box together.
  5. Resulting parts we fasten wood glue, clamp it into a clamp until completely dry.
  6. After drying, you can fasten the lid and the main part of the box with beautiful hinges, which are sold in specialized stores.
  7. If desired, the box can be varnish or decorate with fittings (legs, corners, handles).

Stone crafts

  2. For gluing we use universal polymer glue, which can be bought at any hardware store. We will also need yacht varnish.
  3. Select a pattern and turn the rug over. We transfer drawing onto the surface of the mat. For these purposes we use a marker.
  4. We wet our hands in water and place the pebbles on the resulting pattern in the desired order until the desired pattern is formed. Then one by one glue the stones to the rug.
  5. Carefully blot the joints with a brush so that there are no voids.
  6. We make from tape " formwork" We coat the rug with varnish several times. Let the product dry on the reverse side.

That's all! A beautiful pebble rug is ready!

Applications of leaves and flowers

Bright, colorful leaves and flowers delight us every season, however, they can give others positive emotions all year round. When working, you can use shells of different sizes. A large shell will turn into an unusual one in a matter of minutes vase, soap stand or vase for decoration. A sink of the right size is ideal as a lampshade; small shells can be used as candlesticks. It is enough to show your imagination and ordinary things will turn into real works of art.

Take the blank and stick the shells on its surface in the required order.

Children's crafts made from natural materials: 25 ideas and step-by-step master classes for preschool and primary school children.

Children's crafts made from natural materials

In this article you will find more than 25 ideas for making crafts with children from natural materials (leaves, branches, seeds, chestnuts, acorns, vegetables and others) using different techniques. All master classes in this article were prepared for you by readers of “Native Path”, participants in the competition.

Craft 1: Maple Leaf Roses

This craft was sent to our competition by Anna Baranova and her daughter Lera and Lera’s teacher from kindergarten MBDOU No. 3 “Ryabinka” (junior group) in the city of Inza, Ulyanovsk region. And also Khabibullina Liliya Rustamovna (Madou "Kindergarten No. 174 of a combined type" of the Moskovsky district of Kazan) and Davletberdina Malik (5 years old).

Material for making:
- maple leaves of bright colors (orange, yellow, red),
- twigs with viburnum berries,
- raw threads for forming a bouquet of roses,
- golden hairspray to strengthen and strengthen the bouquet (optional),
- several strong branches to strengthen the bouquet of roses.

How to make a bouquet of roses from maple leaves:

Preparing to make crafts: We collect suitable leaves of various colors. We need fairly large, not too dry and whole leaves. Leaves that are too small, dry, diseased, or torn are not suitable for making a bouquet. To make one flower, it is better to choose leaves of the same color.

Step 1. Take one maple leaf, hold it with the petiole facing you and fold it in half with the front side facing out. Next, we roll it into a tight roll - a tube. This will be the “core of the rose,” that is, the middle of the flower.

Step 2. Now we begin to lay the “petals” around this “core” of the flower. We take another maple leaf, hold it the same way - with the petiole facing us - and place a prepared tube-like core on it, closer to the petiole, in the middle of the leaf. The front side of the leaf should be inside the future flower. We very carefully bend the sheet in half outward. The edge of the bend of the “petal” is located above the “core” by a centimeter and a half. Smooth out the fold of the sheet.

And now we bend this protruding edge of the sheet outward again, but do not smooth out the fold. We try not to compress the fold and keep it elastic.

Step 3. Take the next maple leaf and make a second petal on the other side of our center - the tube. We continue further until we get a rose flower. Each time you need to take a maple leaf a little larger than the previous one.

Step 4. Having decorated the flower, you need to wrap the base tightly with threads. A strong thin twig can be tightly tied to the base to give the flower strength.

Step 5. Having collected a bouquet of several roses and decorated it with viburnum branches, you need to tightly wrap all the branches with thread again, collecting them into a bouquet.

How many flowers there will be in your bouquet is up to you. We evenly arrange the prepared leaves in a circle, placing them under the buds in the hand. Then we fix the now finished bouquet at its base with the same threads.

Here is our autumn bouquet of roses from maple leaves and it’s ready!

Step 6. To add strength, beauty and shine, you can spray the finished roses with golden hairspray. But this is optional.

Another option for decorating such a bouquet of maple leaves was made by the family of Margarita Kasanova (5 years old), Kazan, MADOU “Kindergarten No. 174 of a combined type”, Moskovsky district of Kazan. Teacher - Kalmykova Olga Dmitrievna

Craft 4: Old Man Lesovichok

This craft was sent by teacher Tatyana Vladimirovna Fedorova from Birsk (Bashkortostan), MADOU Kindergarten No. 8 “Alenushka”. It was made by a child from Tatyana Vladimirovna’s group (senior group) with the help of a teacher.

Craft material: larch needles and cones, plasticine. All the parts of the forest tree made from natural materials are fastened together with plasticine.

Craft 5: Hedgehog Applique

This hedgehog was made and sent to our autumn children's creativity competition by Sofia (5 years old) and her mother Anna Shikhareva.

Material for making crafts- pine needles, felt, pine cone, cardboard and PVA glue.

If you prefer not an applique, but a voluminous hedgehog, then you can easily make it with children from a piece of plasticine, dried chestnut skin and cut cotton swabs. But this is a really prickly hedgehog, so be careful. This hedgehog was made by Yulia Romanovna Ruzaeva and her daughter (2 years 8 months) from St. Petersburg. And you will find another craft by Yulia and her daughter, “Giraffe made from chestnuts and acorns,” in the master class in the article

Craft 6. Hedgehog made from piaflora and natural materials

And here is another hedgehog using a different manufacturing technology. It was made and sent to us by Mironets Anna Vladimirovna (mother) and her son Maxim (4 years 9 months) from the Komi Republic, Syktyvkar.

To make the craft we will need:- piaflor, - dried leaves of rowan, gooseberry, serviceberry, - dried flowers, - hairspray.

Description of the craft:

Step 1. Take half a brick of piaflora and cut out the body of a hedgehog from it (it will be shaped like a droplet). Sharp corners must be smoothed out with your hands. Piaflor does not need to be soaked.

Step 2. Divide the dried rowan leaves into separate leaf plates, which are then inserted into the piaflor (into the body of the hedgehog).

Step 3. Hedgehog ears can be made from dried gooseberry leaves. And we’ll make the paws from dried serviceberry leaves.

Step 4. Fold the leaf cuttings several times. We make eyes and a nose out of them.

Step 6. Secure our craft with hairspray. This is the kind of hedgehog you will get.

Craft 7. Caterpillar and hedgehog made from chestnuts

This craft was made and sent to us at our “Autumn Children's Crafts Workshop” by 4-year-old children together with their teacher Olga Nikolaevna Tegaeva (Moscow region, Sergiev Posad district, Shemetovo village, Novy district, MGBOU d/s no. 75 "Fairy Tale")

To make this craft you will need:

Chestnuts,
- moss,
- branch cut,
- acorn cap,
- tree leaf,
- plasticine.

How to make a caterpillar and a hedgehog from chestnuts:

— We dry the chestnuts to make it easier to separate the prickly skin from the nut.

— While the chestnut nuts are not completely dry, we pierce them with an awl on both sides and insert matches without heads into the resulting holes (for reliability, we glue the matches with glue).

— We form a caterpillar. To do this, select the nuts by size, starting from largest to smallest.

— Glue an acorn cap onto the caterpillar’s head.

— We make caterpillar eyes out of plasticine and attach them.

— Glue the caterpillar onto the stump.

- Now we make a hedgehog from plasticine, and make its prickly back from chestnut peel.

— We place a maple leaf ironed through sheets of white paper on the hedgehog’s spines.

- Lay out the moss.

This is the kind of hedgehog - the caterpillar's friend - you can do.

Craft 8. Basket of pine cones

This craft was made by Polina Durnova (9 years old, Samara, school 118, grade 4B), Maxim Durnov (2 years old) with Durnova’s mother Svetlana from Samara, Krasnaya Glinka village. First, Svetlana and the children tried to make a basket of cones according to the description on the Internet using a glue gun, but...after a day the resulting basket lost its shape and “went” in different directions. Therefore, Svetlana came up with her own technology for making a basket of cones.

How to make a basket of pine cones:

Step 1. Go to the forest, collect a lot of cones.

Helpful Tips:

— If you want to make a durable basket that will serve you for a long time, then you need to take into account this possible fact: closed cones open in a warm room. And this is undesirable if by this time you have already woven the basket. Therefore, it is recommended to cover the cones with a liquid solution of wood glue.

— The strongest connection of cones into a basket is the connection with brown wire (the color of the cones, so that it is less noticeable). To do this, wrap the first cone with wire, then continue to wrap the cones around the wire in a circle, wrapping each of them. We do this until we get a circle of the desired size. We do this for 2 - 3 rings. And then we connect them into a frame. Connect the pine cones into a basket using a glue gun. But in the next steps you need to secure this structure.

Step 2. Using thin wire, fasten three rings, then connect them into a single basket structure and screw the handle on top. The cones for the handle are also wrapped with thin wire and then tied with wire to a thick base of the handle or thick wire.

Step 3. Place a cardboard circle on the bottom of the resulting structure. Place rowan branches with berries and spruce cones in a basket. The result will be a beautiful autumn composition.

Craft 9: Autumn Ship

Autumn is the time of colorful ships made of leaves, which set off on a voyage known only to them through the endless airspace. The main thing is that the wind is fair. It's time to make your autumn ship.

This ship was made and sent to us at our autumn workshop of children's crafts by Svetlana Nikolaevna Matveeva (Liski, Voronezh region) together with her son (child's age - 3 years 8 months).

To make a craft - a ship from natural materials - you will need:

- plastic tray for food,

- several leaves that can be found on the street (it is better that at least three leaves of them are large - we use them for the sail),

- a stick for a sail with a length of 20 to 30 centimeters,

- several thin sticks for making handles,

- plasticine of different colors,

- colored paper,

- glue stick,

- ate a few cones,

- parachute seeds of maple or ash maple (optional, optional)

How to make a craft - a boat from natural materials:

Step 1. Make the torso and head of the sailors. The sailors' torso will be cones. From pieces of plasticine we sculpt eyes, a mouth and noses, which we attach to the bumps so that we get the faces of sailors.

Step 2. We make caps for sailors - big shots.

For this:

— Using caps of various diameters, we draw circles on colored paper - the future caps of our sailors (choose the diameter of the circle of the appropriate size).

- Cut out circles.

— From paper of a different color, cut out several thin strips, calculating two strips per circle (the length is arbitrary, but keep in mind that these will be visor ribbons, so do not overdo it with the length).

— Glue two strips to each capless mug close to each other.

— In the center of each capless circle we glue a piece of plasticine the size of one or two beans.

- We attach these caps to the tops of our cones - the sailors now have caps.

Step 3. We make the arms and legs of the sailors.

- Determine where your sailors will have their hands and glue a couple of pieces of plasticine there, to which you attach small thin sticks - these will be the sailors’ hands.

— We make the legs from plasticine. The shape of the legs should resemble flippers so that the bump stands and does not fall in our ship. To make legs, we make “sausages” from pieces of plasticine the size of walnuts - small but thick, and then we flatten them and attach them to the bottom of our cones.

The sailors are ready.

Step 4. Making the sails. Using a large stick, we make holes in several large leaves, and we pull the latter through this stick to make several sails on one mast. The junctions of the leaves with each other can be slightly glued with plasticine, then the leaves will not move towards each other and fall down.

We placed a basket of ash maple “helicopters” at the top of the mast. To do this, we simply covered a piece of plasticine with these helicopters, dividing them into single seed plates, and then glued this piece of plasticine to the top of the mast. However, such a “basket” is not necessary if you have no “helicopter” seeds.

Step 5. Attach the mast to the base of the ship.

To attach the mast to a ship from a plastic tray, we glue a piece of plasticine slightly smaller than a walnut to the tray approximately in the middle (don’t skimp on the plasticine, we need the mast to hold tightly). We insert our mast into it. For better fastening of the mast, you can stretch the plasticine a little along the trunk of our mast.

Place our sailors in the empty spaces in the boat tray, lightly pressing their flippers and legs to the bottom so that they stick and hold firmly on the deck. Along the sides of the ship, you can glue leaves of different trees and/or flowers onto pieces of plasticine, but this is not necessary - see for yourself what you like best. It is also not necessary to put a dragon's head on the bow of your ship.

The bow of the ship can be anything, but we made a dinosaur head out of plasticine and attached it to the bow of our ship.

The autumn ship is ready and can go to any fairy tale that you want to create with your child!

Craft 10. Picture for V. Suteev’s fairy tale “Under the Mushroom” made from natural materials

Four-year-old children, Katerina Mochalova, Adele Kuchieva, Kolya Krupennikov, Vlad Sbudyshev, Anatoly Akhtemenchuk and Yana Mukhantseva, made this craft for dramatizing Suteev’s fairy tale “Under the Mushroom” together with their teacher. Teacher - Denisova Svetlana Aleksandrovna. Children go to kindergarten MADOU d/s No. 2 “Caramel” ShchMR MO in the city of Shchelkovo, Moscow region.

Preparatory stage: watching the cartoon “Mushroom Teremok”, reading the fairy tale “Under the Mushroom” by V. Suteev.

Materials for making crafts based on a fairy tale from natural materials:

- pine and spruce cones

- plasticine

- wire

- mushroom toy

- base for crafts

- maple, rowan leaves

- corrugated paper

- scissors

- PVA glue

- pine twig

- matches

- cork

Step-by-step instructions for making crafts:

Step 1. Prepare the base.

We cover the A4 size box with green corrugated paper. On this paper we glue maple leaves, previously ironed through sheets of white paper.

Step 2. We make trees as decorations.

Take a piece of plasticine, roll it into a ball and knead it until you get a round cake. We insert a rowan leaf, previously ironed through a sheet of paper, onto this cake with a branch facing up. You can also insert a pine twig into the “cake”. Such trees decorate our foundation.

Step 3. Attach a large mushroom.

In the middle of the base we attach the finished mushroom - either to plasticine or glue.

Step 4. D Let's look at the main characters of the fairy tale (ant, butterfly, sparrow, bunny, fox).

All heroes are made from pine cones and plasticine.

How to make fairy-tale characters from pine cones and plasticine:

Ant:

Take a fir cone. The narrow tip of the cone is pulled out using brown plasticine. Black plasticine eyes are attached to the ant’s “head”. The paws can be made from wire, attaching them evenly over the entire cone with plasticine. We make the antennae of the ant from 2 matches without heads.

Sparrow:

The toy is created from a pine cone, the eyes are made from two small corks, the paws are made from three matches (attached to plasticine). The beak and tail are made using plasticine: attach the plasticine to the pine cone and stretch it into the desired shape.

Butterfly:

A butterfly can be created from a fir cone by attaching two multi-colored circles of corrugated paper to it using wire. To do this, a hole is pierced in the paper (from the edge of the circle closest to the cone), a wire is threaded into the resulting hole and the wing is attached to the component part of the cone. The same action must be done from the other end. The butterfly's head can be made from plasticine by attaching it to the body of the toy on the narrow side of the cone.

Hare: the toy consists of a fir cone and blue plasticine. The paws, ears and head are molded from plasticine. We also make the eyes from platinum of a different color.

Fox: The fox is easy to make. We will need a fir cone and orange plasticine. The fox's muzzle is molded from a plasticine orange sausage and stretched out in the shape of a fox's nose. A black nose is attached to the muzzle.

Step 5. We make a composition based on a fairy tale.

Let's put the heroes under a mushroom. We attach the butterfly in the corner to the base of the composition.

We wish you creative fantasies and imagination, and then you will have your own fairy tale!

Craft 11. Apple caterpillar

This craft was made by Danila Ankushev together with his parents from the Strekhninsky kindergarten (senior group “Friendly Family”). And teacher Elena Yaroslavtseva sent us a craft for the autumn workshop.

How to make a caterpillar: The caterpillar's body is made from apples. We make the legs from earplugs (sold at the pharmacy). Wooden toothpicks are used to hold the parts together. The craft is decorated with a grape snail shell.

Another option for making caterpillars from apples was sent to us from the city of Kungur, Perm Territory (Madou “Kindergarten No. 6”). This caterpillar was completed by Arina Kulyashova, 6 years old. Teachers: Zueva Tatyana Vladimirovna, Karaguzheva Rufina Viktorovna.

How else can you make a caterpillar from apples: option 2.

This caterpillar is made from apples. The apples are held together with toothpicks. The legs are carved from carrots. They also hang on to toothpicks and walk on autumn leaves glued to a landscape sheet. The fashionista dressed up in chokeberry beads. Berries are collected on a string. The eyes are made of red rowan and are also held on by toothpicks. The caterpillar put on a beautiful flower instead of a hat, hooked it on itself with a toothpick and went to the fair.

Arina created such a cheerful caterpillar made from natural materials.

Craft 12. Cheerful family made of acorns

Alexandra Albertovna Naumkina made this and the next three crafts from natural materials with her children, together with her son Vanya (4 years old) and daughter Masha (1 year 3 months), Barnaul, Altai Territory. Here's what Alexandra writes:

To make this craft you will need:

- a piece of branch or tree bark,

- acorns,

- black marker,

- glue gun or Moment glue.

How to make a cheerful family from natural materials:

Step 1. Draw faces.

I showed my son how to draw a face on an acorn. Gave him permanent marker and acorns and left him. These are the weird faces we got.

Step 2. Glue the hats on our little people.

We glued the hats on with Moment glue.

Step 3. Attach the family.

But I had to tinker with gluing it to the bark. I spread Moment glue on the bark. Place something rectangular behind it so that the craft will hold while gluing, place the acorns on the bark and leave them to stick.

Please note: Moment glue can only be used by an adult without the presence of children in a well-ventilated area, because it's toxic. Instead of glue, you can use a safety glue gun; an adult can also use it.

All! The cheerful family is ready.

Craft 13. Interior craft “Autumn Branch”

We made a beautiful interior craft. My son made it himself. The main thing is that it is done very simply.

Step 1. We found more interesting branches in the forest and brought them home.

Step 2. Dried the leaves in books between the pages.

Step 4. Then we decided to complement our composition and make owls from plasticine and place them on autumn branches.

To do this, we took cones, maple seeds (“helicopters”) for the wings and plasticine.

I made the first owl, my son made the second.

We attached them to the branches using plasticine and they held up well.

This beautiful composition now decorates our home! And, most importantly, this craft is very easy to make.

Another option for making an autumn branch was sent to us by Natalya Oshueva (Balashikha) and her son Oshuev Vanya (3 years 8 months).

Autumn branch on the wall: second version of the mobile

Natalya writes: “I first laminated the leaves. My son and I cut them out, made holes and threaded strings. The branch was found on the street. They hung leaves on it. The end result was a branch with fallen leaves.”

Craft 14: hedgehogs made from pine cones and salt dough

Alexandra Naumkina shared with us her experience of making hedgehogs with her son.

Step 1. Together with my son, we kneaded the salt dough. He loves baking so much that he kneads all the dough himself, and I just tell him what to use and in what proportion.

Salt dough recipe (proportions): wheat flour - 2 cups, fine salt - 1 cup, water - 3/4 cups. The finished dough should not crumble or stick to your hands.

Step 2. We molded two hedgehogs together: mother and baby. Here I gave more of the final shape. We stuck the cones in and put the oven in the oven.

Step 3. The next day (after the hedgehogs had cooled down), we painted them with gouache paint. But if you need hedgehogs for a more durable period, then it is better to use acrylic paints. We sculpted a nose from plasticine and glued on the eyes.

My son and I were just studying it, so my son became so interested in sculpting mushrooms from plasticine that he himself sculpted a lot of different mushrooms for hedgehogs.

Craft 15: Autumn leaf mobile

for the development of speech breathing in children

Alexandra Albertovna Naumkina also made this craft from natural materials for her children - Vanya (4 years old) and Masha (1 year 3 months). This family lives in the city of Barnaul, Altai Territory.

Alexandra writes:

“Our craft was born, one might say, spontaneously.

Step 1. As a base for the mobile, I cut out a rim from a cardboard disposable plate.

Step 2. I tied a string of yellow yarn onto the resulting headband at approximately the same distance. From the same yarn I made a pendant that our craft will hold on to.

Craft 16. Application from seeds “Hedgehog”

This application from natural materials was made by Khaliullin Arthur (6 years old) from the Children's Garden No. 174 of a combined type, Moskovsky district of Kazan. Teacher: Khaliullina Rafida Raisovna.

You will need:

- paper,

- pencil,

- PVA glue,

- seeds,

- colored pencils (markers),

- leaves for decoration,

- spruce branches.

Progress of the craft:

Step 1. Draw a hedgehog with spines on paper. If the child is already old enough, then he can draw a hedgehog himself.

Step 2. Apply a thick layer of PVA glue to the back of the hedgehog. Then we place the seeds on the layer of glue. Make sure that the sharp tips of the seeds are directed in one direction.

Step 3. Color the hedgehog's face and paws with colored pencils.

Step 4. Decorate the background with rowan and birch leaves; cones, spruce branches.

Craft 17. Wheat applique “Lion Cub”

“Wheat Lion Cub” is a children's craft - an applique made of fleece and wheat. This craft is very simple to complete. First, glue ears of wheat onto colored cardboard, and then glue the lion cub’s face on top of it. Glue it with Liquid Nails glue.

This craft was made by a 5-year-old child, and was sent to us by Irina Babarinova from Sergiev Posad (School No. 166 SP No. 7, Moscow) for our competition of children’s crafts.

Craft 18. Lady - Cabbage and Forest Tale

These crafts were made from natural materials by children from Bataysk.

The work is made from a head of cabbage. The eyes, nose, and mouth are made from purchased blanks for soft toys. The head is decorated with a wreath of rowan and leaves. The stand can be anything, it is decorated with material and decorated with leaves.

The forest fairy tale is made from natural materials. The little fairy is made of autumn flowers. Firebird - made from ash cones and seeds. The work is decorated with natural materials collected by the children.

Craft from natural materials 19. Autumn meadow

This craft was sent to us by teacher Liliya Rustemovna Samigullina from Kazan. And this craft was made with the help of adults by Izmailov Rodion (3 years old), a pupil of the MADOU “Kindergarten No. 174 of a combined type” in the Moskovsky district of Kazan.

Required material: Box, scissors, PVA glue, plasticine, natural materials (cones, dry leaves, acorns, chestnut peel), toothpicks.

How to make an autumn meadow with children:

Step 1. For the base of the craft, prepare a box. Let's cut off one side of the box so that the autumn meadow is visible.

Step 2. We attach dry leaves inside the box and decorate it with various natural materials (cones, toys, pebbles).

Step 3. Making fairy-tale characters from chestnuts. We make crafts from fruits that have just fallen from the tree while they are soft (this applies to crafts from chestnuts, acorns and cones).

The main way we will use to fasten the parts of crafts together is with plasticine and toothpicks. For this:

- first, carefully pierce the chestnuts with an awl,

— insert toothpicks into the resulting holes and secure the joints with glue.

In the photo, the bear is made of chestnuts and plasticine, the man is made of chestnuts and acorns, the hedgehog is made of chestnut peel and plasticine, the owl is made of chestnut.

The birds' eyes are made from acorn caps, and the birds' beaks, legs and wings are made from plasticine.

Spiders can also be made from chestnuts. Small holes are made in the chestnut with an awl in the places where the legs will be attached. The spiders' legs are made from toothpicks, which are inserted into the holes in the chestnuts and secured with glue.

Craft 20. Autumn forest

This craft was made and sent to our autumn children's craft workshop by Stefania (3 years old) with her mother Yulia Anatolyevna Fefelova (Barnaul, Altai Territory).

Craft 21. Autumn sun made from natural materials

The idea of this craft was shared with us by Maria Shchukina, mother of two children (Vova - 4 years and 8 months and Anyuta - 1 year and 3 months), St. Petersburg. Maria writes: “This is my favorite autumn craft, and I have been nurturing this idea for a long time. We did it with great pleasure :). We came up with everything ourselves.”

What you will need to make an autumn sun from natural materials:

- PVA glue,

- a lot of autumn leaves from different trees and shrubs (we even collected from rose hips),

- rowan berries,

- dog-rose fruit,

- acorns,

- watercolor paints,

- thread and needle,

- any natural material.

How to make a sun with children from natural materials:

Step 1 On whatman paper in A3 format, draw a large circle and paste it with maple leaves. We collected the leaves in advance, and for some time they were kept in our journal. This way they became very smooth and easily stuck to the paper.

Step 2 Then we use our imagination and also paste in a circle any leaves and natural materials to your liking. The circle becomes more voluminous.

Step 3 Draw the face of the sun: eyes, nose and mouth.

The mood of the autumn sun can be anything - cheerful or sad, surprised or delighted - whoever feels the autumn mood, discuss this with the children when making crafts.

Step 4 Sew rowan earrings on the sun (you can sew on rose hips or any flowers). I used the largest needle and simply sewed the rowan to the Whatman paper as if it were regular fabric. At the same time, I secured the thread on the back side of the Whatman paper with tape. You can also sew on many other decorations.

Step 5 In the upper corners of the Whatman paper we glue the acorns with PVA glue, having previously cut them in half lengthwise. I hope you enjoy our autumn sunshine made from available natural materials :).

Craft 22. Shell applique. Autumn Walk

This creative work was performed by Nastya Kuznetsova, 6 years old. And Maria Sharygina (Vologda) sent it to us at the autumn children's crafts workshop.

How to make a craft:

— First, we draw a drawing on paper with a pencil.

— Then we glue small pieces of egg shells onto the silhouettes of the crown and tree trunks. We are waiting for the glue to dry.

- Shake off excess shells.

— We paint the work with gouache.

Craft 23. Hut on the forest edge

This children's craft from natural materials was made by Anastasia Viktorovna Dergunova and her nephew Alexander (6 years old) from Saransk, Republic of Mordovia.

How to make a craft:

Step 1. Paint leaves of various shapes (birch, rowan, maple, etc.) with paints of different colors and attach them to a clean sheet of paper so that prints remain on it. Paint the sun with paints.

Step 2. While the leaf prints are dry, we will break sticks of the required diameter from a small twig for the hut. We grease the paper in the place where the hut will be in the future with glue and lay out the hut from sticks, in the middle of which we place a birch leaf as a window.

Step 3. Use a stapler to attach the leaves and rowan bush to the clearing.

Step 4. Coat the bottom of the clearing with glue and lay out a path of watermelon seeds.

Step 5. Cut out a solar circle and rays from birch leaves, then glue them onto the already dried sun. From black and blue threads we lay out a cloud in the sky at the top of the craft.

Craft 24. Autumn park for dolls made from natural materials

This craft was invented and performed by Valeria Brusyantseva, she is 9 years old, Orenburg.

Necessary materials:
- cardboard box,

— Trim the composition to the size of the ring.

— Use a hot nail to make holes along the edge of the composition.

- Drag the thread through the holes and fasten it with the twig ring into one piece.

— Color the masking tape with a green felt-tip pen and glue the grass onto the twig.

Children's crafts made from natural materials on the go

You don't have to make a complicated children's craft. Many crafts from natural materials can be made on the go, without preparation. They can be used as quickly created attributes for children's games. Natalya Mikhailovna Oshueva (Balashikha) shared her ideas with us. Here are some very simple crafts she made with her son Vanya, aged 3 years 8 months, and with her daughter Masha (1 year 4 months).

Wreath of leaves

We collect a lot of leaves while walking and string them on wire. We connect the ends of the wire and get an autumn wreath of leaves. We hang the wreath by a rope. We also decorate the rope with leaves.

Crown of leaves

The crown is very simple to make.

Step 1. We made a blank from paper - a “hoop” according to the size of the child’s head, approximately 5 cm wide.

Step 2. We glued double-sided tape on top, and then my daughter glued leaves onto it.

Autumn trees

Natalya writes: “To quickly make autumn trees, we used toilet paper rolls and corrugated paper cut into strips. The children pushed the paper inside the roll as best they could. In the end, it turned out well, bright and autumn-like.”

You can also place autumn branches and autumn leaves collected during a walk in a roll.

Pumpkins made from pine cones

In this craft we used fluffy wire. They took a cone and wrapped it in orange fluffy wire. Next, leaves made of green fluffy wire were attached to it. To make green spring leaves, we first wound the wire around a pencil, then removed it from the pencil and got green spirals.

Hedgehog

To make the hedgehog we used an eaten sunflower.

— The muzzle and body were cut out of foam plastic. It is better to do this in advance as an adult.

— The top of the muzzle was covered with plasticine.

— The sunflower “needles” were glued to the foam with glue using a hot gun.

— We decorated a clearing for the hedgehog with autumn leaves and pine cones.

Ideas for kindergarten teachers and parents. The elders will learn how to make crafts from natural materials and will be able to teach this to the children.

Check out the ideas presented. Then it will be easy for you to explain to your child how to make a hedgehog, a sheep, a rooster and other funny toys from pine cones.

To make a cockerel, you will need:
  • two cones;
  • plasticine;
  • 2 acorns;
  • 2 small branches;
  • awl.
Of course, children should not work with a sharp tool, so make a hole in the acorns yourself with an awl, insert a short branch here, which will become the bird’s legs. Secure them with PVA glue. Let the child connect two cones with plasticine; this will be the head and body of the cockerel.

He will sculpt his comb and beard from red or orange plasticine. The baby will also attach the bird’s legs to the right place using this plastic mass, and the beak will be made from yellow plasticine.

You can make a lamb from a pine cone in almost the same way, but it must be unopened. You will also need 5 acorns, remove the “cap” from four, and leave the cap on the fifth. The animal's head is made from this acorn. Let the child sculpt and attach to it the eyes of a plasticine sheep, consisting of a white and a black pupil, and draw a mouth with a felt-tip pen.

Her ears are made from two halves of pistachio nut shells and attached to plasticine. Using it, you need to attach four legs of acorns to the cone. This is how quickly a sheep masters itself.

Crafts made from cones can be different. This charming Lesovik is made from the same material. Please note that the lump is positioned with the sharp edge facing up. An acorn with a cap is glued to this neck, and 2 halves of a pistachio nut are glued to the bottom; instead of hands, attach small twigs. The child will make facial features from plasticine.

Making a hedgehog from cones is also quite simple. From light plasticine you need to sculpt his sharp muzzle and ears. Let the child stick the head of this animal to the pine cone, and also attach paws made of light plasticine to it. From the dark one he will roll 3 balls - two smaller ones are the eyes, and a large one is the tip of the nose.

It is interesting and useful not only for children, but also for adults to make such crafts using natural materials for creativity. They can make a beautiful ball out of pine cones. It requires the following materials:
  • foam ball;
  • hot glue;
  • glitter;
  • decorative pin;
  • ribbon.
Use hot glue to attach the pine cones to the ball. Thread a pin through the ribbon and pin it to the base so that the craft can be hung. Cover the pine cone ball with glitter from a spray bottle. When they dry, you can give such a craft as a gift or hang it on the wall or on the Christmas tree.

How to decorate a flower pot and house with natural materials?

This question is not difficult to answer if you use the same natural materials. See how ordinary dry branches can decorate a flower pot. In addition to them, you will need:

  • pruner;
  • glue;
  • the pot itself;
  • wood varnish.
Divide the branch into thirds with pruning shears. Using this tool or using a knife, cut the branches into fragments 1 cm thick. First glue large circles to the pot, place medium ones between them, fill the gaps with small ones. All that remains is to paint the pots with varnish, let it dry and place the plant inside. Anything will look amazing in such dishes.

Dry tree branches will give you many other creative ideas. See how interesting these natural materials can be used.

In the first case, branches of almost identical thickness were used. They need to be grouped by texture, glued together in the form of squares like these, and then varnished. But don’t throw away thin particles either, as these natural materials will help create a second panel. A concentrated salt solution is made for it, the branches are lowered there for 20 minutes, then they need to be taken out and dried, and then glued to the frame.

You can paint the branches white, when they are dry, put them in a vase. The result is a gentle, elegant and calm composition.

The next picture made from natural material also deserves attention. It is made from:
  • branches;
  • dry rose hips;
  • spruce and pine cones.
First, make a cross from strong branches by tying 2 sticks in the center. Place it in a stick frame. Braid this base with thinner rods. Glue the pine cones and berries. A toy bird would also look good here.

And if you make a base from wire, bending it in the shape of a heart, then you will get a panel like this on the wall. Compositions of branches and cones would be appropriate on the table nearby. And if you lay out the sticks in the form of rays, and place flowers made of yellow satin ribbons inside in a circle, then the sun will shine on the wall.

Such natural materials are also successfully used for decorating mirrors. See how to make a similar frame.

Household items for the room can also be made using sticks. With their help, a simple floor lamp is transformed beyond recognition, and craftsmen make durable tables using this technique.

How to make a picture from natural materials with children?

The child will be delighted if the parents create a panel together with him, and as a result it will turn out like this. The following materials were used for the work:
  • seeds: pumpkin, peas, sunflower, millet, corn, beans;
  • rosehip berries;
  • immortelle flower;
  • straw (inflorescences and stems);
  • Pine cone;
  • jug, salt dough animals;
  • walnut shell;
  • broom;
  • coin (5 kopecks);
  • pasta;
  • candy;
  • wooden spoon;
  • artificial sunflower;
  • branches;
  • pouch;
  • PVA glue;
  • Brownie (it requires: a piece of material, bristles, threads, colored paper);
  • burlap for the base;
  • frame;
  • cardboard.
This picture is a kind of amulet. These were made in ancient times. The paintings promised prosperity and happiness.

To make a picture, first cut a burlap rectangle to fit the frame and glue it on. It’s good if you first draw a plot on a piece of paper, noting the location of the various elements. Then, looking at this hint, you and your child will be able to correctly make the main picture from natural material.

Now trim the thatch stems so that they are the same length. Cut a rectangle out of cardboard and glue burlap onto it. Lay and glue the stems horizontally onto this blank, let them imitate the log house of a house. You will make its roof from dried flowers.

If you don't have thick straw, you can use wooden skewers or sticks. The latter are cut from even fragments of branches.

Cut a small rectangle out of cardboard and glue it to the wall of the house. Let your child use a pencil or felt-tip pen to draw the details of this window.

The bag on the panel is made of burlap. A rectangle of the required size is cut out of it, and a narrow braid or thread must be tied on top of it.

The Brownie's head is made of bristles, which must be laid out in a circle in the picture. Face details are cut out from colored paper: eyes, nose, mouth. The hat is cut out and sewn from material, and the body is made from burlap.

You need to stick a coin next to the Brownie as a symbol of prosperity. On the left, attach dry grass to the PVA. It will replace the ears of corn. Glue grains, candy and other details of the natural picture. We will form a sun from a round pasta, and the kernels of corn will become its rays.

Making animals is not difficult. To do this, knead the dough by mixing 2 parts salt and one part flour, add water to make a dough, like for dumplings. When the animals are ready, leave the figures to dry completely.

Dough toys can be left as is or covered with paints. This panel will become a source of pride for children, their parents and a talisman at home.

Such natural material literally lies under your feet in the fall. But you can make wonderful crafts from it for kindergarten or elementary school. Here are just a few examples.

Tell your child how to arrange the leaves so that they turn into funny shapes.

If your child doesn’t know how to make a hedgehog, tell him.

First, let him cut out the base from colored paper and glue it onto the cardboard. Then you need to select leaves of similar size and paste them over the back of the animal. His facial features can be drawn or cut out of colored paper.

And if you cut the leaves in a certain way and paint them, then the result will be such interesting works.

See how original crafts made from natural materials can be.

For this you need to collect leaves of various colors and dry them a little. Have your child crush the leaves with their hands over a deep box. After that, he will draw a tree on paper and cover the parts of the branches with glue. While it is not yet dry, you need to sprinkle the art with crumbs of leaves, slightly pressing them with your hands to the canvas so that they stick better.

Then you need to sweep the leftovers back into the box to use them for another canvas. And this is ready.

Natural materials will help you make not only a flat tree in the picture, but also a three-dimensional one. For it you will need:

  • 1 paper bag;
  • leaves;
  • glue;
  • scissors.
Cut the top of the bag into strips halfway through. Place it on the bottom. While holding, twist the middle part to form a tree trunk. Now twist each strip or 2-3 at a time to form branches.

Leaves need to be glued to them. If you want the tree to be unusual, make eyes from the caps of acorns, and pupils from dried rose hips. These elements can be glued or placed on toothpick halves. The nose will be an acorn, and dried rowan berries strung on a thread will turn into beads.

Such children's crafts are also made from almost nothing.

First you need to paint a dried maple leaf with felt-tip pens, then put a clothespin on it. On the other side, a circle of plasticine is attached to it. This is the head of the figurine. You need to attach doll eyes to it, and make the hair from maple seeds or others similar in shape.

Head decoration made from natural materials

The gifts of nature will also help with this. After all, you can even make a crown out of them. A strip of double-sided tape needs to be measured according to the volume of the child’s head, remove the top protective film, and connect its ends. All that remains is to stick leaves on it, and you can stage a fairy tale in which the bearer of such a crown will be, for example, a forest king or prince.

In the same production, the girl who will play the role of the princess must shine. Make her head decoration also from natural materials.

It is not difficult to weave a dandelion wreath. The technology for this is shown in the following figure.

A flower on a long stalk is joined by another, the stem of which is entwined with the first. Then the stem of a third flower is wrapped around the stems of these two yellow dandelions. This way the entire wreath is assembled. When it is made to the size of the head, you need to connect its 2 opposite parts with a thread.

Here's how you can make a wreath from different flowers, for example, from these, taking:

  • garden roses;
  • 1 branch of jasmine;
  • berzelia;
  • rice flowers;
  • buttercup.
In addition to them, for it you will need:
  • floral tape;
  • satin braid;
  • scissors;
  • thin wire;
  • pruner

If you do not have the specified colors, replace them with others that are similar in texture and color. But be sure to use roses, because they are the main accent of the wreath.

Trim all plants, shortening their stems by 2-3 times. To prevent roses and other large flowers from breaking off, strengthen them with wire and hide it under the turns of tape. Place the plants in front of you on the table so that everything is at hand.

Measure the satin braid to the size of your head, leaving enough extra to then tie the wreath and just enough for the ends to hang down. Attach a piece of wire to the tape, which will help make the structure stronger.

Start adding flowers to this base, wrapping them with floral tape. Place each one lower than the previous one.

When the length is sufficient, tie the ribbon and twist the wire, securing the connection.

Such a wreath will decorate a girl’s head at a holiday or will be an excellent addition to the bride’s wedding attire.
