To prevent hair from falling out, we will sew the hair.

Take the fiber, a small strand, and lay it out lengthwise. It should be sufficient for the thread with which we will sew and twist the fibers between our fingers. Twist it tightly so that the thread does not break, and insert it into the needle.

With the onset of winter and in anticipation of the preceding New Year holidays, you and I are in a particularly creative mood. Is not it?

That is why I decided to dedicate this master class to sewing a very beautiful and gentle Tilda Bunny. She will definitely give you a magical mood and captivate you with her uniqueness! So, let's begin?

And to work on Tilda the Bunny we will need some material, namely:

  • pink floral cotton fabric;
  • white fabric with fur;
  • plain pink fabric (cotton);
  • beige cotton fabric;
  • padding polyester or holofiber;
  • pink thin 0.3 mm tape;
  • pink threads;
  • white threads;
  • thin pink yarn;
  • black beads - 2 pcs.;
  • white pompom;
  • scissors;
  • needle;
  • shadows and brush;
  • decorative flower;
  • sewing pins.

Well, now, all the necessary material is prepared for work. And now you can begin the process of sewing the Tilda Bunny. All fabric should be pre-ironed for best appearance in the finished product. In the meantime, we still need to figure out the pattern of the product. It is provided below. You can print it out on a sheet of A4 paper or simply redraw it by placing a blank sheet of paper on the switched-on monitor with an image of the pattern and tracing the outline with a simple pencil. Do not press too hard to avoid damaging the monitor.

Don't forget to indicate the required quantity on each part. This is very important so as not to get confused later in cutting out the required number of elements.

The patterns are ready. Now let’s carefully cut them all out from a sheet of paper along the contours.

We take beige (flesh) fabric, prepared in advance and ironed. Let's fold it in half, facing inward. Lay out paper patterns of the bunny's body and arms on top of the fabric. We pin these paper pattern pieces together with sewing pins.

Then, using a simple pencil or dry soap, you need to trace these details along the contour. Moreover, we will circle the handles twice. We remove the paper pattern, but then return the pins to their place, this is necessary so that the fabric does not slip off during work.

We cut out the pattern from the fabric, taking into account small allowances, approximately 0.5 cm on each side, as can be seen in the photo.

Then, using a machine stitch, we sew along the marked line the details of the bunny’s arms and body. Then we will make notches along the contour to the seam. The only thing is to be very careful not to accidentally cut the seam. Otherwise, there is no way to save the product and you will have to do it all over again.

Let's prepare the following pattern details. Let's take the details of the ears and legs. We will prepare pink fabric for them. Let's also fold it in half, facing inward.

We place a paper pattern of the paws and ears. But we place the ear part in such a way that its lower part is located on the fold. This can be clearly seen in the photo below. We pin the parts together with pins.

We trace strictly along the contour of the details of the paper pattern with a pencil or chalk. Then we remove the pattern pieces and pin the fabric again.

We sew the details of the legs using a machine stitch, but do not touch the details of the ears, because... We will sew them with other parts from a different fabric. Our Tilda bunny's ears will be double-sided.

So, let's prepare a paper pattern for the ears again. Let's cut out the bunny's paws with allowances. We won’t cut the ears along the contour with allowances, we’ll just lightly trim off the excess fabric. This will make it much more convenient to work with this part further.

Now let's prepare beige fabric (100% cotton) for the outside of the bunny's ears.

Let's place the first piece of pink fabric on top of the white one. And we put them on top of each other face to face. We pin the parts together with sewing pins. The chalk indicates the place that should be left unstitched. Later we will use it to turn the product inside out.

We machine stitch strictly along the line.

We cut with allowances of 0.5-0.6 cm on all sides of the ear parts.

Turn each piece right side out.

Let's prepare the filler for the products. Holofiber is best suited for this. But if there is none, then you can use silicone or padding polyester. Let's fill each part of the product (bunny) quite tightly.

Let's take the details of the bunny's handles. Using hand stitches we sew up the place through which we turned the part itself inside out.

We bend the bottom of the filled body inward. And we chop off the bent parts with tailor's pins, as can be seen in the photo.

And then we sew this hem with hand stitches.

Let's move on to preparing the details of the Tilda bunny's legs. We sew them together with hand stitches right along the top of the leg parts, stepping back about 1 cm from the edge.

When the hem and legs are prepared, we insert the leg parts inside, bringing them in as shown in the photo.

Now let's take the fabric for the dress. It must be pre-ironed. Let's measure a rectangle measuring 46 x 10 cm. Cut this part according to the specified measurements.

Iron one edge of the fabric widthwise with a hot iron.

Then we lay a thin ribbon over the ironed edge and pin it with tailor’s pins. Then we customize the tape with a machine stitch. In this way, we will not only decorate (create decor with a ribbon) the bottom of the bunny’s dress, but also fix the hem itself.

Fold the fabric face to face in half its width and pin the edges together, as seen in the photo. We cut the fabric in half.

We gather the stitched fabric into folds and fix it just below the neck with bunnies.

And after that, we fix the folded fabric with hand stitches.

Let's move on to the second pattern - Tilda's bunny clothes. Cut according to the outline of the part. And immediately prepare the fabric with fur. Or we take a fabric similar to fur, for example, plush or fleece. Fold the fabric in half, facing inward.

Place the paper pattern pieces on top of the folded fabric. We pin them with tailor's pins. We trace the details of the pattern along the contour with a simple pencil or dry soap.

We cut out all the parts with allowances. Then we remove the paper patterns, and pin the fabric again with pins from the edge to the center, as can be seen in the photo. Why do this? This will make it easier to machine stitch the parts without basting.

And now we sew the parts together using machine stitching. In the first round part we leave a small space unstitched. We will need to turn the part through this place.

Turn the parts right side out. And we sew the largest part with hand stitches.

Now let's take the parts of the bunny's stitched handles and the newly prepared sleeve parts. We insert handles into the sleeves and secure these parts with pins.

Then, turning away the top of the rounded piece by 2 cm, we chop it around the bunny’s body.

We fix the coat detail on the neck with hand stitches and thread in the color of the clothing.

We sew the pompom at the junction of the part - in the front, as seen in the photo.

Now we pin the bunny’s arms to the right place and sew them on with fairly strong hand stitches.

Let's move on to the ears and cover the bunny's head with them. We fix the ears to the head with pins. Then we also sew on the ears using hand stitches - unnoticeably.

To decorate the head of our magical bunny we will need two beautiful miniature flowers. We sew them on either side of the head over the ears.

All that remains is to sew on the eyes. For this we will use two black beads. Pin them in place with pins. And then we sew them with black threads very tightly.

We embroider the bunny's nose and mouth with regular pink thread or floss, as shown in the photo.

All that remains is to apply some blush to our fashionista! This can be done using regular eye shadow or dry blush. Apply them with a brush and lightly blend with your fingertip.

So our super-fashionable beauty Tilda the Bunny is ready. Did everything work out for you? This toy can be used both as a decoration for the decor of a children's room, bathroom, and as a magnificent exclusive gift. You can also sew a similar bunny in any other outfit.

Increasingly, the main attribute of the New Year's holiday are things made with one's own hands. Tildes are no exception. In this article we will show a detailed master class on how to make New Year's tildes. The photo of the doll will not disappoint you. These unusual dolls perfectly create an atmosphere of family warmth and comfort, and children will simply be delighted with such gifts.

To make such a doll, you don’t need to buy a lot of expensive fabrics, accessories, etc. Anything will work here: an old T-shirt or shirt, worn jeans, buttons from an old coat or torn beads, scraps of leather. Anything you want to throw away, be sure to review it. After all, there may be just the necessary things to create a masterpiece at home.

There are a lot of ideas for sewing Tilda. And there are so many New Year's themed ones. It could be Santa Claus, Russian Father Frost, deer, Christmas trees, hares, Snow Maiden, Christmas tree decorations, snowmen, elves or gnomes, and the same snowflakes with stars.

These photos show different versions of the New Year's tilde, and they all look quite complicated, but they are not.

All you need is to make patterns and sew them together, and the master class on sewing such a tilde-hare below will show you how to do this best.

Naughty bunny

Anyone can sew such a doll, even if you have never done sewing before. One such cute bunny will take about 4 hours.

What do we need:

  • To sew a hare's body, you need a certain fabric. Fleece, cotton, tilde fabric are suitable here;
  • fabric for bunny clothes. Linen, cotton or the same fleece will work very well. Make sure that the ornament on the fabric is not very large - in small details it distorts the product;
  • padding polyester or holofiber as a filler for the doll;
  • threads, preferably to match the clothes;
  • wire. But only if your bunny will stand, then we will strengthen his legs;
  • small accessories - beads, beads, buttons, carrots, etc.

If you are making a doll for the first time, then you should pay attention to fleece. It hides seam unevenness and small errors quite well.

Now let’s get down to the fun part - sewing a bright and unusual doll in the Tilda style.

The sewing pattern is taken from the original book:

Place the pattern on the fabric. This pattern is shown without taking into account the amount of fabric left for seams. You can transfer the details onto the fabric using a pencil, but do not forget to wash them afterwards. You can use a special marker for fabrics, which disappears after a day. You can buy it at a sewing store.

We transfer all the details onto a piece of fabric folded in half: two ears, a body, two arms and two legs.

Then we manually sew or stitch the parts.

Take pins and pin the fabric together to prevent it from slipping/fidgeting.

Carefully cut out the parts and turn them inside out. Use a regular pencil or sushi stick for this.

Ultimately, you will end up with a bunny 42 centimeters long.

Take the filler and start stuffing the parts with it. Use the same pencil or stick for this. But don’t make the paws too tight, because it won’t be beautiful.

If the hare is standing, then place a wire at the legs, as in the photo.

Using threads matching the color of the fabric, sew all the parts together. First the legs and then the arms.

And you should end up with something like this:

And now it’s time for a flight of fancy - we will sew clothes for our doll. Select the fabric of the color you need and start making a pattern for the hare pants, according to the photo below.

We cut out all the parts and connect them together. First, sew the trouser legs, then the cuffs, bib and straps. We sew everything together with thread so that the seams are not noticeable.

Gates:

Sew:

Bib and straps:

We sew all the details. And we get ready-made pants with straps for our doll.

Let's make a sweater.

The sweater can be decorated a little. Small embroidery will look best, but buttons or beads will also work well.

Let's take a look at the cap with the cuffs. Take a square piece of fabric and sew the top together a little. Afterwards, wrap a little thread around a pencil for the future pompom. Sew the skein to the top of the hat and cut to create a pompom. Fold the unsewn edge of the hat up and then sew it shut.

The most basic part of the work is done, very little remains. Now we need to draw a face for our hare. Take a regular pencil and draw the eyes, nose and mouth. Then we “sew” our parts of the face with threads.

Now we sew the ears in the center of the head and put on the hat. You can also paint on our doll’s cheeks with a little pastel.

The hat needs to be sewn to your head! Otherwise you will lose.

That's all! Just a little time, and a wonderful gift or decoration in the form of an unusual, and most importantly, bright and unique doll is ready. And ideas for creating such a doll can be taken from everyday life.
